Food is usually great. but i remember an incident a few years back, the cashier wouldn’t honour what the coupon said “oh it was a misprint”. Even if it’s a misprint you’re supposed to honor it. It was something either free coffee for every order or ever customer, we had multiple customers in the car.
Came through drive through and food was good and accurately made, but the service was terrible. Paid at the window and the person working there just opened the windows handed the food and closed the windows without saying anything. My kids liked the food so we will come again but hopefully that was just an off day for staff
Burgers were standard Triple O quality, but the onion rings (all 5 of them = not many in the container) were doughy and not great at all. Atmosphere is what you'd expect of a random gas station along the highway, and not too inviting. Dirty table-tops. Unfortunately, the cashier was clearly not excited about being in customer service.
