This winery was our fourth stop of eight on our wine tasting tour from Peachland to Naramata this summer.
This has a really good courtyard style setup. The server was great and we really enjoyed three out of the five wines during our tasting.
The Deep Roots winery down the road is awesome too.

Elephant Island Winery is such a cozy and friendly spot! The location and staff made it feel like we were visiting a family member's backyard for a delightful time of wine tasting. We were recommended by a friend to visit this winery, so we booked a wine tasting session. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a cider sample, which was refreshing and delicious. The lady who guided us through the tasting was fantastic—she really understood our preferences and suggested some berry and apricot wines that we absolutely loved. We ended up buying a few cases of each! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with beautiful surroundings that make it perfect for a leisurely afternoon. It’s definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a warm, authentic wine-tasting experience!

The wine is good. Wasn't a fruit wine person til I stopped here 10 years ago. Now I'm a fan of all their wines. And the people of this winery are the best! Hazel and Kristie did a tasting for our group today and they were amazing.

We are locals to the area and normally go to Elephant Island yearly. We have always loved their wines, typically we always buy a handful of bottles. We showed up at 5:05 when their website said closed at 6. We were met by a very rude older lady with curly hair. Instead of politely letting us know they weren’t accepting anymore tastings for the night she basically shouted at us across a full room of people. It’s one thing to politely speak to guests but this certainly was not the case. It didn’t make us feel welcome and it certainly makes us not want to return. Dissapointed as it’s one of our favorite spots usually. The atmosphere is usually great and last summer they were very welcoming to both my kids and us adults. We contemplated buying a bottle to leave with but decided not to as the experience left a bad taste.

You can become a member to enjoy regular free shipping of your favorites. Parking is available in the cherry rows, and you can take a walk around. The view from the winery is magnificent!

Amazing Winery! Amazing Hospitality! They were so excited to see us come in with our dog and our three year old. They offered my daughter a slushie and guided us to the patio where they had a table set up with toys and colouring materials.
Our dog was brought a huge bowl of water, they brought out spritzer fans to keep cool.
They offer charcuterie items to purchase and have on the patio and they brought the tasting to us at our table.
Wines are great too!
