“Coming from the Coast of BC, I am use to very good Shashimi and Sushi restaurants. Coming to the Okanagan was a bit to get use to. The food was good, but it wasnt always great. Going to Kojo's our first time over 7 years ago was Stupendous. I have eaten Shashimi in some great places in SanDiego, Seattle, Vancouver and now Penticton. Kojo's I give you 6*s out of 5”

“We had the absolute best time at Red Rooster Winery, and a huge part of that was because of Joel! He was truly exceptional. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about wine, but what really stood out was how personable and welcoming he was. He made us feel genuinely invited and happy to be there from the moment we arrived.

The tasting was so much fun, and Joel made it feel relaxed, engaging, and personal. We actually enjoyed ourselves so much that we didn’t even have enough time to make it to another winery afterward, which says a lot about the experience!

The wine club is also such a great offering. After our tasting, we were so impressed that we joined, and I’m very much looking forward to coming home to Ontario and having my 12 bottles of wine delivered!

If you visit Red Rooster, definitely ask for Joel. He made our wine tasting such a memorable experience, and we would absolutely come back again! 🍷”

“Lovely flight tasting experience as first timers. The younger girl was great at describing each beer, she was very knowledgeable. Great store front too. Loved the peach, cherry blossom and the funky camomile. The coyote was great too, plain great crisp regular style beer. The “weird beer” was so pretty and tasted great. They have games babble you can play too while sipping, great idea. Will be back.”

You definitely get decent portion sizes for what you order. On top of that, the atmosphere was super clean and tidy, and the service was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back!”
