Originally, Jan and Silvia Petrasek moved from Slovakia to Calgary in 2003 to start their dream of a European bakery. After several years, they were supplying dozens of organic, health and European stores but decided to perhaps return to Slovakia. A friend convinced them to visit the wonderful Okanagan before they left… luckily for us it fully captivated them!

Stopped in today for my first visit.... definitely won't be my last!! Delicious fruit danishes....can't wait to go back and try more.
