If you see this Truck stop and get a poutine or a smokie I'm sure you'd enjoy them! We love them in Quebec and haven't had many good ones in the west but Jeffer's is really good. Not the same as back east as their gravy is different but the fries are really fresh and the gravy was delicious Also had a smokie They have some great ad ons I just had onions and mustard The bun is baked and not too big just the right size. Long time staple of Penticton's downtown. Have been a customer since my childhood years and Jeffer has served many members of the community along with our busy tourism crowd for years, now with a second Canadian Tire location. Highly recommend if you're looking for well made poutine and perfectly served fish and chips. I’m from Ontario and grew up with chip trucks but now I live on Vancouver Island where there aren’t any, so I’m always very happy when I get to visit Penticton and get these delicious fries. Awesome that they’re open year-round!I also have a fish allergy so I was very glad to find out that fish and fries are done in separate fryers.
