“The good : Very good fish and chips. Decently priced . I always get the haddock .The seafood selection is great! They have lots of good deep fried . Shrimp . Scallops and clamsThe chowder is awesomeThey even have good platters that you can satisfy most peopleThe bad:The coleslaw is absolutely horrible . We have been coming here for 10 years or more and seems like it's always very dry. We ask them to put extra dressing but they never do .. we have complained about it many times and even when friends and relatives come over they love your seafood but nobody eats the coleslawFor Me it seems they don't cook it enough. Some time you get the odd cook whos working and the fish is a bit doughy So I always ask for it to be extra crispy... just to make sure it's done to my liking!“
“Friends and I are frequent flyers at the brewery and it really has maintained an awesome atmosphere over the years. There's plenty of beer and food options and we LOVE the happy hour deals. Felt it would be a good time to shout them out as we had top notch service yesterday when the place was slammed! Our server (sorry can't remember her name) found us a table and made sure we always had a cold beer in hand.“
“I’m from Ontario and grew up with chip trucks but now I live on Vancouver Island where there aren’t any, so I’m always very happy when I get to visit Penticton and get these delicious fries. Awesome that they’re open year-round!I also have a fish allergy so I was very glad to find out that fish and fries are done in separate fryers.“
