I recently purchased a $60 meal at your establishment and, upon consulting A&W's official website, noted that complimentary coffee refills are listed as a company policy. When I requested a refill, the staff member at the front counter responded in Punjabi to a colleague, stating, 'We don't give refills, but okay, just let it be.' I found the tone of this response unprofessional, as it implied I was receiving special treatment rather than a standard service. While I opted to pay for the refill to avoid further issue, I believe it's important for your staff to be well-informed about A&W's established policies to ensure consistent and respectful service for all customers.

I ordered a poutine in person. I was given a teen burger, the guy was very rude before he messed up and told me I was mistaken. I went back in for my poutine and the guy working behind the til at 6:00 pm on Sunday the 21st was incredibly rude again, and intolerant. Refused to acknowledge he made a mistake and told me it was my fault and I should have read the screen, when I said I have a reading disability, which is true he rolled his eyes and scoffed and walked away from me.
I even paid and kept the stupid burger, I just wanted what I ordered and the guy was just a complete Jerk. He didnāt apologize and when I said this was unacceptable I was told to post online.
So here we are, I hope the jerk behind the til is reminded that customers arenāt responsible for handling his fragile ego.

Iāve never been to a location thatās screwed up my order so consistently, going on 5 times in a row. I even stopped using the drive through and and go in to make an order and they still canāt get it right. Do better. Oh and beware if you ever make an order with 2 different burgers, one WITH cheese and one WITHOUT, I can 100% guarantee they WILL NOT get it right. Itās actually incredible.

Asked for no lettuce and apple turnover and to stay. Came with lettuce, no apple turnover and in a bag to go. thought we were saving the environment š. Staff sitting in booth on brake, with shoes off, on the floor in Isle. Wouldn't go back. Brought burger back, staff passed to back.....watched guy with bare hands remove lettuce and put burger back together. and handed back to me. Not impressed.

They donāt speak Englishā¦. Isnāt a customer service job priority that works in fast food in an English speaking country supposed to know whatās on their menu? I feel sorry for everyone needing to go through this establishmentā¦.. the girl tried to argue and give sass to my husband about a menu item because she doesnāt understand himā¦. And clearly doesnāt know her own menuā¦.lol like what is this country becoming? And takeout takes as long as a restaurantā¦.. for fast food hahaā¦
I like that they still service you Rootbeer in the iconic mug.

Food is good, really bad service though! Have to repeat myself numerous times placing an order at the drive thru and aren't even polite at the window if they even say anything to you. Always double check your order as items are sometimes missed. Scanned for points and never actually got the points once checked at my house, this happened multiple times.

They did a beautiful job! on their new Renovation! Their service is awesome! Everyone is glad it's open to the public again. especially for the seniors meeting up for coffeeāļø with friends' families.
