I read all the reviews before going and honestly majority of the reviews are bs. I had a burger and a beer. The burger was juicy fries were Crunchy and the beer was beer. Our server puneet was polite and well trained. Give it a visit, the view is worth it

I paid far to much for what we got. Half the food we ordered we could not actually eat. Besides I waited about an hr to actually get a beer šŗ. Took about 20 min to get service service then another 20 min to get them back to take an order. Then another 30 min to get a beer. Food was something else. Besides having empty glasses and taking our orders and waiting another hr for food. I ate alone as my order was 30 min after everyone else had there meals. My steak sandwich was very under rated. Could hardly get threw my first few bites. My friend had to return there Baked pretzel as it was more like crutons with warmed cheese wiz. Not cool.

Not sure if there's been a change during the last year in ownership or management but this used to be a place we'd take guests and visitors in town. The waterfront patio and view is always a treat. The food and service used to be on par, however I don't think I can recommend this spot anymore.
Recently the service has been terrible; waiting ages for someone to come to the table, having apathetic attention, waiting 20 minutes for a drink order, and not seeming to care or see an issue. We ordered the pretzel with cheese dip and the pretzel was incredibly dry and the sauce was poor. We sent it back barely eaten yet were still charged for it and paid before we realized. The bahn mi chicken sandwich used to be my favourite but was nothing close to what it used to be. Unfortunately, I could add several other things that about our last visit that our group was disappointed with. Wish I could say it was a one off but there have been a few times with similar situations.
Both front and back of house needs to up their game to what this place used to be. Will be a while before we bother coming back. Hope it turns around.

Just sat at a table for 25 minutes and NOBODY stopped to ask if I wanted a drink or a water or hey maybe a menu. Iāve stayed at the hotel attached here 5 different weeks this year. Service was never this poor. Service was actually above average the other times Iāve attended this hotel. Iād recommend people head out of hotel as Nelson has a lot of good food options.

When I opened up the box there was solid on top and two uncut crunchy chicken cutlets on the bottom salad on the top. That's it. Minimal food attraction

Staying in the hotel. Had to go down as the phones were down. Asked to order a hotdog to go and they told me I couldnāt have a to go order as itās burger night. Thought maybe a miscommunication but confirmed with the restaurant next door that I couldnāt order any take out. Itās a hot dogā¦ was told by server in the other restaurant that their kitchen ācanāt handle it.ā Just went somewhere else.

We had a wonderful experience tonight at Brixx PG for my hubbyās bday, great service, great food, a fantastic server, Kaylee. 10/10. We will be back. I donāt know why anyone could complain about small servings, and expensive. Wow! Big dishes, and very reasonably priced. Yum!

Inattentive service. Ordered the side nachos. Asked for no jalapeƱoā¦got jalapeƱo! He brought the full nachos. Waiter charged full price plus added extra for beef. When asked to take the rest home, left a box with no way to put nachos in box other than dump them. When complained was not given an alternative. First and last time I will go here.
My Gf and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Brixx. Too bad it wasnāt a super busy night but the service and atmosphere (music) was still good.
The blue cheese burger may have been the best one Iāve ever had and the deep fried pickles were fantastic. Highly recommend visiting them. Itās a newer restaurant but we loved it.

But very average service, followed by a 20% tip that the server added on herself and told us was mandatory. Weāve eaten here multiple times and no other server has done that, so it must not be company policy.
Donāt often leave reviews but Iām hoping management see, speak to the individual and make sure it doesnāt happen again.

We went to the new location in PG and it was absolutely awful, our server was completely useless and forgot about us, we waited for food for over an hour and when it did show up things just got worse, the chicken smash burger was weird blended wet chicken that tasted more like old fish and the fish and chips were so oily they could have supplied mr lube for a week. the beef dip and the brixx burger were ok at best. We have never done this before but we actually had to send the smash burger and the fish back as they immediately made my friends feel ill. We eventually had to flag down a diffrent waitress as ours must have been playing sasquatch cause she was elusive and never around.
The other staff tried to make it better but I won't be returning. Unless you have an afternoon to wait for substandard 30 dollar meals go elsewhere.
