We went for a quick grab breakfast in the morning. Asked them to customise our breakfast sandwiches and they did it amazingly. The chai lattes and the americano were amazing too. The cookie and baked goods section looked too good. Service was pleasant. The girl taking orders had a big smile while taking orders and inspite it being so busy.

Empire Coffee brings so much to the table. The industrial-style design and fat roster of treats are enough to keep me showing up, but the outgoing, confident people who work there lift the whole experience a level higher. Case in point, Haley and I shared our thoughts on take-out mugs that come from The Oil Patch, before agreeing on the merits of hitting the gym. If the decor, sugar, and staff are not enough of a draw, there is an atrium and chairs at sidewalk's edge.

Stopped here on our way out of town and it was a great spot. Lots of breakfast and snack options. Also, they had iced americanos which we couldn't find anywhere else. Sorry we are American and my husband needs his ice with his shots ... he's basic.

This is probably the nicest coffee shop I’ve been to in a long time. It’s been 7 years since I’ve visited these parts and visited this place, and it’s only gotten even better since. Everything is clean, well organized and comfortable with loads of spots to sit at. The atrium section is highly recommended!
The treats are evidently fresh baked every morning and throughout the day. The coffee offered is Stumptown brand which is, admittedly, not my favourite, but my Americano was served uber hot and shot well.
Staff are polite and know their stuff, but you can tell they don’t want to make small talk or know you more than superficially. They have a job to do and that’s ok!

I want to love Empire more. They have a lot of good going for them - the best muffins I've ever had at a cafe, good coffee and good food - but for some reason the servers are almost always unpleasant to deal with. The type of attitudes where it feels like I'm bothering them by making an order. I've actually starting avoiding this place because of the service - it's just not worth it. I hope the owners address this because I'd like to come back!

Really nice place. Parking could be a pain if you didn’t go early morning. Coffee is great, food is delicious and the staff seem lovely.
Our go to!! Love that they don't promote toxic milks like Oat and Almond. Stay healthy out there.

I recently visited this beautiful spot and really enjoyed the excellent coffee and delicious desserts. The ambiance is charming, making it a great place to relax. However, I did notice that the customer service could use some improvement—the staff sometimes seemed annoyed by the customers. With a bit more attention to customer care, this venue could truly shine.

Very cute place, love the atrium concept with the door that open! Coffees were very good, tried the beet latte that was so pretty. Did not liked the fact that the food is not in a closed display, high of people touching it.
