This restaurant was one of the participants in burger month. It is connected to another restaurant to which I called in an order. There was a mix up and the lady that took my order gave me the wrong order. They quickly fixed it and were very apologetic. They ended up giving me the order that they got incorrect which ended up being better than the one I ordered!! Can't wait to go back!

The wording was incredibly confusing "Sub salad for fries" This to me means that it comes with salad and I am replacing the salad with fries Apparently this means to replace the fires with a salad. A waste of my $1

I recently popped in for a bite to eat at Finley's Bar and Grill in Nelson, BC, and it was an all-around fantastic experience. The food was top-notch— I had the Finley Burger, which was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. For dessert, I tried the sticky toffee pudding, and it did not disappoint; it was the perfect sweet ending to a great meal.
I dined on the patio, which offered stunning views that added to the overall experience. The service was exceptional as well; the staff were friendly and attentive.

Stopped in for a bite to eat and a drink mid-week. The food was good, portion size was solid and the wait staff were pleasant.
If the manager reads this, you need to step it up. Get on your staff about cleanliness, prep work, changing out condiments and keeping fresh drink garnishes and supplies.
The patio reeked of days old, stale spilled beer. I could smell urine from the men's toilet while I was standing at the bar. Had a Caesar...the rim was really stale and the garnishes were old. They tasted like bar. Asked for condiments with the food...the ketchup was old and sour. Again, this was mid-week and fairly early so the placed wasn't slammed.
