Simply a fantastic place. The food was absolutely outstanding -- the pasta was perfectly cooked, the porchetta was one of the best meals I've had in years and the gnocchi was a delight. Wine by the glass is a bit limited and the gelato was not to our taste but we will definitely be back anytime we're nearby. The atmosphere is friendly and lively without being loud. The staff is talented and works together seamlessly as a team working. What a great evening -- thank you!

Marzano is hands down one of the best restaurants in Nelson. They have lots of seating options including private booths which are my top pick for when I'm meeting business clients or taking my lady on a date. The owners know hospitality and it shows. Keep up the great work!

Bringing our 3 1/2 year old granddaughter is a very pleasant experience. They offer some pizza dough for her to play with. As well as paper and crayons. The food is mostly geared to adults, but they are happy to simplify the meal. Must appreciated.

Brunch was spectacular. Til noon on weekends. Breakfast til 10 other days. The potato rosti are so crispy and delicious, but when you add poached eggs - oh my. Caprese Benny was gorgeous with perfect herbed hollandaise sensibly on the side. Table mates loved the shakshuka. You never feel rushed here, just well-looked after.

Had the 2025 Burger of the month, and of the 5 I've tried so far it was the best. The dough was cooked to a light crispy stiffness and the beef chuck seasoned to perfection. Though it can only be classified as a burger by the thinnest of margins, it was delicious. The ambiance of Marzano was awesome and cozy with the sound dividers between booths making it really feel like a close family gathering while in a busy restaurant. Service was great and helpful as well. All in all, a fantastic experience that would be worth experiencing more than once.

Everything about Marzano's was great! The food came out very timely, the staff was excellent and the atmosphere was one of the best my wife and I have experienced. They made our anniversary dinner a very memorable one and we can't wait for the next time we go back.

This was our 3rd visit to Marzano in past couple of years & it did not disappoint! The scallop risotto, spaghetti with meatball were great! Even a bigger taste highlight was the lamb pasta dish - delicious! Reasonable cost selection on wine list & our Swedish server was excellent. Great meal and consistent standard maintained!

This is the best Italian restaurant we've ever sampled in interior BC. We travel all over the world. This restaurant would rank globally as an excellent restaurant with excellent food excellent service, etc. The menu has a small offering, but each offering is very carefully put together with incredible flavors, colors and presentation. The wine selection is phenomenal. The service is great and the ambience is perfect. Highly recommended.
