A very disappointing experience. Having had superb meals at Broken Hill and Louie's Steak House we were hoping for a similar dining experience here. It took 20 minutes to discover that the bottle of wine that we had ordered and was displayed as on promotion by our server was not available - although her assured us it was very good. It took a further 90 minutes for our pizzas to arrive by which time they were cold and tough. The staff were unhelpful and the service was well below average. At one point we had to go to the bar to ask about a drinks order that had clearly been forgotten.

Always positive dining at Marzanos. Food was great, service and although we didn't get our what seems to be regular server, they still came by our table for a very welcomed visit.

Our favorite dining experience! The duck rigatoni was exceptional. Cocktails on point. Service very warm and friendly. The lamb was so perfectly tender. Warmed olives, burrata & beet salad, and vegan pizza were all delish. Dying to return!

Great food and wonderful atmosphere! We tried an appetizer, entrees, sides, and dessert and all was wonderful.

Marzano’s is excellent. The food is great, the service is always good, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Last night we visited and had Pauly as our server, who was a true delight.
They have fair lunch specials and their sandwhiches on folded house flat bread are absolutely delicious.

Well, I think it was an off-ish night.

We were a group of 6, one out of town first timer and a family of 5 regulars.
I reviewed the restaurant, menu and reviews online and thought everything looked great and was keen to hear what the specials were since it was Saturday.
Our server didn't include any when asking for our drinks so I asked.
A curt "no specials tonight".
That tone/style pretty much set the service expectations for the rest of the dinner.
I went with my 2nd choice.
We ordered appetizers and shared those -delicious.
Main courses arrived just as we were finishing our appetizers- clearly someone called for them to push us through
There were many open tables.
Pizza and 1 of the meals was strong.
The pasta(×2) were over salted enough that they commented and didn't finish their meals to be boxed up for home.
My meal came out cold (main ingredient and vegetables), I asked a passing manager if I could get it warmed up please - it came back re-plated but still cold.
When I thought all was lost we looked and ordered dessert.
Elderberry Creme Brule and the sorbetto were excellent!
We spent $400+ that ended up being a very medium experience when combining the highs and lows of the meal.
Great looking space, bartender and bussers were the hardest workers front of house.
Willing to give another chance on my next visit.

Had the pizza and pasta. Had no idea that Nelson was so bougie with Marzano. Pizza was awesome. Can't really beat fire ? oven pizza. Pasta was legit. Big city dining in small Nelson. Awesome. I'll come here again when I'm in town. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Very family oriented.

I'm not a big fan of Italian, there steak was good, horner I felt the portion size was a bit small for the price, (although that seems to be industry wide these days) Although very tasty.
