Ramen was okay. Went on a quiet night, only two other tables, but two servers barely acknowledged me. Order was taken and delivered and that was pretty much all. Staff seemed occupied talking about how quiet it was. Space is nice and can imagine it would be nice and warm at other times.

We went to get the Burger time burger and a few other mains. Our server was very helpful and attentive.
The food we ordered was great and filling, still tasty the next day.

Had the soya braised ribs, tan tan and miso ramen. Amazing taste and presentation. Great local ramen restaurant.

Amazing!’ we sat at the bar and had great service. They had so many gluten free options and I loved that all their ramen could be made gluten free. My only wish is that they had a gluten free beer to accompany it! Especially since BC has so many good ones. All in all though I would go back in a heartbeat and recommend this restaurant to anyone in Nelson!

Very friendly server, super cool hole in the wall atmosphere, and delicious food!
They call it a modern take on Ramen so it isn’t as rich as typical Ramen broth, but they are thoughtful with the additions they put in and it’s very good!
Based on reviews, I would say it is an underrated spot in Nelson!

Best lunch special in town with a half bowl of Ramen and a half salad and either kombucha or a beer. Love the vibe of this spot. All the ingredients are as locally sourced as possible, and the intention behind the cocktails, and the seasonal menu is really felt and the quality of the food and drinks.

The food was excellent — you can really taste the care and love put into each dish. The menu is smaller, but that’s exactly what allows them to curate such high-quality food.

The drinks were also fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from.

Our server was phenomenal. She was taking care of both the inside and outside tables and still managed to be attentive, friendly, and efficient. She was fantastic

Cheers to Red Light — highly recommend!

Vegan ramen was delicious :) service was a little slow - think the server was busy and forgot my friends drink - which I don't mind but I always appreciate a little heads up if that's the case

Went with a friend, we were seated instantly, and I ordered the Dan Dan Noodles, they were the tastiest noodle dish I have had. The numbing of the ginger balanced great with the pork and the noodles. Would absolutely come back here if I am ever in the area.

Pros: great atmosphere, friendly staff, great flavours.
Cons: undercooked ramen noodles, very small portions for the cost of the dish. $22 for tan tan pork with only two small pieces of pork.
