Cute little place in the park to grab lunch. There was a long line and a bit of a wait when we went but when you're out for a day at the park, it doesn't hurt to be patient.
The Rose Garden Cafe is open from May 18th through mid September l…the Cafe is located near the orange bridge near the Trolley Stop…there is a children’s playground nearby and a vast green space leading down to the lake….the cafe offers a patio space or takeout to enjoy in the Kootenay Lake Beach in Rotary Lakeside Park..we were here in early September..
The food was definitely good, of the highest food quality I would say. Would I eat there again? Not sure as I didn’t actually eat there, yet! But I will be soon. Why? Because me and my kids are hungry. Why not? Amirite?UPDATE: we indeed did eat here and I stand by my review. They even gave me a silver platter to take my food out to the beach for my family. It was likely more of a zinc tin alloy, but it sure did look like silver!
