Amazing takeaway experience! I ordered with a note asking for gluten free soy sauce and got a call from the restaurant asking if I’d like the platter to be entirely gluten free which I’d forgotten to mention! This type of care in customer service goes a long long way and it was a phenomenal and yummy experience ordering from here.

Food is good, but twice now my family has waited once for an hour and the second time for over an hour for food. It's random whether or not you will get good service or be left waiting. Service was so slow that I won't go back. Neither time was the restaurant exceptionally busy.

Sakura sushi is so much more than just sushi wether you are dining in or getting it to go , you will not be disappointed, not only is it amazing food but the owners go out of their way to make you feel like you’re family, they are amazing people with big hearts ,💕 thank you thank you thank you for everything 🥰

Food poisoning alert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband and I got a variety of standard maki rolls and miso soup. It was delicious, until about an hour later when we both had explosive diarrhea. Our guts are only now feeling better ~ 3 days later. We called the restaurant to let them know the day after, they said they would get back to us and never did.

The server ignored us, took almost 15 minutes to bring water, then made a sarcastic joke asking if our plan was to “find another place to eat” and said “doesn’t matter, this restaurant isn’t mine.” I walked out without even ordering the food. Absolutely unacceptable — avoid this place at all costs.
