I ordered the burger month burger and it was delicious but my overall experience was not great. There was a wooden skewer in my burger that I did not see and bit down on, causing my tooth to break. I went back to inform them what happened. The person helping me was apologetic, they said they would inform the kitchen. Beware of wooden skewers, look before you eat!

The food here is amazing! The flavours are incredible with different options to upgrade your meals (i.e loaded fries). The atmosphere is lovely, with lots of seating outside or cute little corners to tuck yourself into. Highly recommend 👏🏼👏🏼

Sprout has the most delicious and flavorful vegan food! I have loved everything I've tried on their menu. Some of my favs are the Baja Cauli Tacos (seriously their Cauliflower in any of their dishes is amazing!!), Falafel Bowl and Curry Bowl. It's such a great spot and has the friendliest staff! I'm so thankful to have such an amazing vegan restaurant in Nelson! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, you won't be disappointed!

A great plant-based restaurant with a range of appies / light options and full meals. I had the delicious OMG bowl and a raspberry lemonade. Yum! There is seating both inside and on their summer outdoor raised dining deck which is at the edge of the road but is a nice place to enjoy your meal. Friendly helpful counter service when you order and when your meal is brought to you is part of the overall really great experience you have at Sprout!
