As someone with Celiac disease, they accommodated me beautifully. The fryer is kept gluten free, so I tried the ginger "beef" cauliflower wings which were..... literally life changingly delicious. And for my main I got the Soul Bowl, which was absolutely fulfilling and satisfying. I highly recommend this place to anyone (veggie, gluten free or not). The vegan poke bowl was fabulous. The crispy cauliflower in the mirin sauce was a genius touch to the entree. The rice in the middle was cold, I would have preferred it to be warm. The mango madness smoothie was also good. Order at counter and sit at casual bench tables or bar stool. Atmosphere is comfortable.

I only stopped in for a short while and got my food to go. Staff was very friendly and helpful when assisting me to find what foods fit my dietary needs. I ordered the cauliflower wings and they were DELICIOUS. I will be back next time I am in the area.
Mediocre at best. Sides are small. Staff is checked out and unfriendly. Wrap was a 4 out of 10, maybe a 3. Good if you a vegan but going here isn't going to turn anyone into a vegan with good flavour. Won't return. Nelson pricey.
