We went there, driving for 5 hours to visit Nelson. We thought Subway would be a great option for a quick, easy meal, but we ended up with food poisoning. First, we thought the guy was stingy because the food he gave us was in a horrible quantity. The flatbread was flat. The rice bowl was with slimy rice and brown lettuce. Now I think less quantity was better. Hope they clear all the dust and dirt in there.

Worker leaned their body onto my sub while making it getting their dirty shirt all over my sub. I came back a second time after i corrected her about it from last time but she did it again. I cant ever eat there again unless i know there is new management. This place needs a health inspection very badly. 🤮 Used to love comming here.

Worst subway there is, which is kind of amazing since subway is kinda meh to awful as a baseline but this god-awful subway somehow actually transcends the usual crap with horrible and rude employees ingredients far from fresh that look like they’re passed due in many cases and very dirty work area. They have one job, make sandwiches! And they fail in every aspect. Avoid at all risks for the health of your body and your wallet (sub was almost $20 and went straight in the garbage)

East Indian cashier ( Thursday 25th) coughing while making my and a co-workers subs. We both got sick on Friday 26th, viral lung infection. This place should be shut down by KHI.

We took mom in to the nelson mall subway and there were fruit flies all over the veggies, flying out of her sandwich. Been going every weekend with a group of friends and they have been so rude to the seniors, their salad bowls are getting smaller and if you ask for more spinach they get really mad. There is alot more sauce than veggies. Not happy with their service, time to go elsewhere.

Unbelievably cheap. Got three wilted leafs of spinach on a footlong. Every time I’ve gone there’s a sense of the manager looking over his employees shoulders

The guy in there with the face mask under his nose has an attitude and is rude. The lady that says she’s the manager was also very rude. Refused to give me her name when I asked. I just wanted to confirm some pricing of a sandwich and she treated me like crap. Will not visit again. Also clean your store. It’s discusting
