Food was great. Fantastic presentation. Service was a bit slow, though efficient. Could have come around a bit more. Would have loved a second round of drinks. Though Saturday night was busy, so to be expected.
I would go for sushi wood! ;) The Yama roll was unlike any vegetarian sushi roll that I’ve ever had. The ingredient ratio was on point (yam to banana to avocado to sauce) Great presentation and beautiful atmosphere. Thank you SUSHI WOOD!
This is a place to go for me for good sushi in the West Kootenays. The rolls are filled with big pieces of fish. Shout out to the server Liza, she's very accommodating, friendly, always welcomes with a smile and makes the experience even better.
