Loved the classic charcuterie board with fresh bread! Everything was flavorful, fresh and delicious. I want the recipe for the peach caramel jam - I would eat this every day! It was amazing with the goat cheese. Duck salami was so delicious! Super nice staff. I would go back here again and again.
We came for cocktail hour & this place did not disappoint. We all thoroughly enjoyed our pre dinner cocktails. Next time definitely doing dinner here. The menu looks wonderful! Looking forward to our next visit.

Re-reviewing in 2025 and I have to say as a person who lived in nelson for 20+ years -
The Cauldron is unlike any other that I've experienced in the Kootenays and I continue to be drawn back to this spot because the menu is never the same and yet somehow everything that I order continues to be best in class...
