Torchlight Brewing Co. offers a wide selection of craft brews, including the popular "Oh Baby" and a delicious strawberry vanilla sour beer. The food menu features tasty options like the Floyd Pepper Burger and artichoke dip, all served in an awesome atmosphere. The brewery has lots of variety of beer, and some are sold in cans. The servings are very generous, with options like poutine with tots instead of fries, which are good, and gravy that is perfect. The patio out front gets lots of sun in the afternoon, making it a great spot to relax after weeks of rain. The spinach dip is very tasty and highly recommended, though it is a huge portion for two people. With $5 before 5 specials and great IPAs, this is a favorite Nelson brewery. Visitors enjoy the board games and often leave with a couple of flats, making it a popular spot for both drinks and fun.
