Just tried eating here. Waited to be seated for 10 minutes, no one came so we took a seat. Cue another 15 minutes of seeing the server clear the table right in front of us without acknowledgement and offer menus to two other tables that came in after us. We ended up walking out and going to Finley's. Shame, because I hear their burger was actually quite good

I am not usually the type to get on my phone and write a review at the potential cost of the service you receive. However, my partner and I headed into your bar (which I have been to on countless occasions as I am a local.) to watch the jays game. We were met with a pretty busy scene, which wasn’t surprising to us and we were happy to wait. We were greeted by a female waitress who told us a table would be ready soon, to which we replied politely and continued to wait. Eventually when we were seated we were given menus, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted as I was just in on Friday. (We received incredible service on Friday which encouraged me to come back and enjoy the game again) Shortly after we were seated, a male waiter approached us, he asked us for our ID’s even before we looked at the menu or ordered anything. I recently turned nineteen so I have a temporary service card as my ID along with my BC drivers license. This service card is printed and given to you when you turn nineteen because they take your physical card to print a photo on it, so it is considered a VALID BRITISH COLUMBIA IDENTIFICATION. Unfortunately the waiter that approached us and checked my ID did not consider it a valid form of ID even when paired with my VALID drivers license. I attempted to explain to him that it is and he continue to deny that it was. I provided him with a credit card that has only my name on it and continue to explain to him that my temporary service card is actually valid. He took my drivers license and my credit card, threw them down on the table in front of my partner and I said to us ‘I don’t give a shit’ barely checked my partners ID’s (which was also a service card and a drivers license) and walked off. I’m not sure if this is expectable behaviour that you tolerate but in my YEARS of eating here I have never been treated or spoken to like that in your building. I was very disappointed with this experience and actually ended up leaving your bar without wanting to return. I understand if you don’t live in Canada or aren’t from here maybe it is confusing having someone give you a temporary service card, however that is simply no excuse to speak to customers like that. I hope to return as I love your vibe, but was very disappointed.

Too cold! Our server did well trying to accommodate cranky kids. He was very pleasant.
Great Sports Bar. Wednesday dry ribs are our regular weekly outing. Shane always makes wicked drinks and provides great company. Awesome staff such as Josh & Kat who always make it a good time. All the staff here are amazing.

Went for lunch today. We ordered the special (ham and bacon melt with fries), chicken wings, fried pickles, and prime shires. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend them and will definitely be going back,
