Got myself a breakfast meal this morning, which was supposedly for dine in. When I looked at my meal there was a strand of hair on the food. So, I returned it. Asked for a replacement and asked them to pack it to-go. Got to work and started eating my meal but when I was down to my last hash brown, underneath it was a strand of hair. AGAIN!. Very disappointed and grossed out that I had to eat a meal that was contaminated.

Pathetic they charge .25 cents for a bag to take your purchases out. The Royal City Mall location do not charge this and their food is way better then this Carnarvon location.

It's really amazing. The level of pure incompetence is staggering. Even when they start serving lunch, you can not get a hot, fresh burger. Never mind the fact that they can barely understand what you tell them. The only positive is that the fries were fresh for once.

On the app, i saw that i can order a small flat white so i order it but when i went to pick up my order i been told that in this store they don't have flat white. THEY SHOULD UPDATE THE APP!!!!!!! i pay for flat white and end up getting a milk. horrible customer service

The Masala Veggie burgers was good & crunchy But this location will Never give you the right amount of quantity of onion rings ! It was supposed to be 8-10 pieces while i just got only 5 !!

Thursday i did breakfast at store around 9:30a.m. Girl named gurpreet was very polite and friendly she guided me through all the menu and helped me to choose breakfast according to my taste she has lots of patience highly recommend this place.

I eat at this location often. The customer service is always top tier. Absolutely fantastic and kind servers. Happy, active, calm, ready to help. My orders are done pretty quickly and come out very fresh. The seating area is cleaned up well throughout the day. The store's general atmosphere is nice despite the variety of traffic coming from the skytrain stn. Congratulations to your team and management for such a well kept space.
