If I could give 0 star I would worst location and customer service, the girl at front was very rude and was making dumb faces if she is the manger the strict action should be taken against her why you are here if you don’t wanna work food was like trash sorry but this location needs to work on staff specially for customer service and food ,we have spent 40 bucks but I think we have wasted our money at this location

Ordered pick up here twice now. I’ve been entirely ignored every time by staff and have watched my order sit while trying to obtain it. I understand it’s a&w being an exploitative business, but show a modicum of customer service and not roll your eyes when a customer asks for their order they can see.

It was extremely dirty and unhygienic here today. If I hadn't been so hungry I never would have gone there. Food tasted like it was leftover from yesterday. Not great! I sat there long enough to eat my meal than ran away.

This A&W location has become absolutely filthy. It used to be a clean, welcoming restaurant years ago, but now it’s dirty, smelly, and extremely unpleasant especially the bathrooms. I have reported the condition of the bathrooms multiple times, yet the staff just laugh it off and never take action.
It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to ignore repeated customer complaints and allow such unsanitary conditions to continue. A&W is a Canadian favorite, but this location is being completely neglected by the current staff. This place urgently needs proper management, serious cleaning, and employees who actually care about maintaining health and safety standards.

Was at this location Aug 27,2025 I’ll say the food is good, counter person seemed very slow and confused on what they should do.
The location itself was like sitting in a lava lake It was so warm inside it seemed cool stepping out side in the 28c weather To the owner of this restaurant turn on your A/C Overall I recommend not to visit this location

I come to this location often for the same item and they are super sweet when an error is made, they’ll happily correct the error to the best of their abilities. Unfortunately today I encountered some management issues where a new employee (or what I believe may be a newer employee) made a couple errors and the manager maybe the supervisor basically embarrassed a couple employees by having a mini meeting right where customers could see them. Along with raising her voice at a customer. It was disappointing to witness.
