I ordered the Nashville hot crunchy chicken combo and paid $19.61. I’m surprised to know it’s so expensive now. My husband who’s not with me was surprised as well and he said a&w combo is always around 15 dollars. So he tried to order on the a&w app on the phone and it shows 16 dollars(no coupons). I’m very upset and talked to the A&W staff over the counter and they tried it on their phone it’s 19.61 and showed me.
Im upset on how A&W manipulate the price in this way. I thought they are always same price on such the fast food restaurants.

We spent $50 on two meals that we could not eat. The burgers were awful, we threw it all away. We should have just lit a $50 bill on fire. I would suggest going somewhere else. Sorry owners but you really need to step it up or sell to someone who will care about the quality of food they sell. Just gross.
Ordered food from this restaurant through skip the dishes. I spent time looking at the menu and choosing my order, which they accepted. After waiting 20 minutes for the delivery driver to arrive at the restaurant, suddenly my order was marked as cancelled. Turns out they have a system in place to automatically accept orders that come through. The restaurant neglected to turn it off before closing.

I ordered all Canadian breakfast I told the cashier eggs should be over hard please my bacons were burnt and the sausages were half cooked only one side burnt by grill so I took it back and complain it to the cashier that can you please cook the eggs again the York is dripping and it’s not over hard so she grab the plate and pass it to Rajdeep in the kitchen she told me to wait for 5 minutes I waited than she gave me the breakfast the sausage was raw and this time raw bacon too with eggs same as it was before on top of that my breakfast was cold very pathetic service by the end of the day now I am sick my kidneys are affecting me I have severe stomach de pain never going to that A&W again

I bought two chubby chicken burger meals food was stale me and my boyfriend both got food poisoning I don’t want to cause any problem but fries were cold may be it was closing time but I think they should follow the food safety protocols .
