I’ve been far and wide, coast to coast, and for the West Coast this is hands down the best poutine you can find. The fries are golden, crispy, and homemade — straight cut with just the right thickness. The cheese curds? Easily the best I’ve ever had anywhere west of Quebec. The steamy dog all dressed is a true classic, and hard to come by out here, but this is the place to get it if you’ve been craving that authentic bite. Bravo. I’ll definitely be back. 10/10.

We actually found this place as a result of their smoked meat sandwich... Which confused me initially when I saw it was called a dairy bar. How good could a meat sandwich be at a dairy bar? Reaaaaally good.
We came for the smoked meat sandwiches and stayed for the soft serve and good vibes.

I love the time of year when this place is open. A cute little New Westminster gem. The woman who runs this place is the sweetest. She somehow remembers everyone’s orders and is excellent at upselling. Everything I’ve tried on the menu so far has been great. My favourites are the steamies and the maple twist cones. LOVE that this shop is not on any of the stupid food delivery apps. Don’t forget to bring cash or debit!

Must visit if you are in the neighbourhood. Love their poutine and milkshake. Burger was just meh. Super busy on a weekend afternoon. Service was a bit slow because they only have 2 people working in the back. Super friendly though. The place is on the fence between rundown and old school charm. Will be great to see a facelift.

I've got no real thoughts on the burger, I wanted a combo and a burger sounded nice at the time. It's a standard backyard get-together type burger, I can't complain
The 5 star is for the poutine, which is fantastic. As a tourist, I searched the Internet to see who makes the best poutine in Vancouver and Anny's was always #1, tied for 1st, or a close second to La Belle Patate. The fries are fantastically crispy and browned but tender inside, the curds are super melty and nice, and the gravy is really good. I honestly can't think of how these could be better. Please come to Anny's for the poutine

The best authentic Montreal smoked meat in BC. It’s served with hand cut fries, and pickle on the side. They offer steamies and poutine too. We haven’t had smoke meat this good since we left Montreal and we go out of our way to get our fixed.

THIS PLACE IS SUPERB!! HEY MONTREALERS, QUEBECERS, back East people!! You are NOT forgotten out here in BC. This place in New Westminster is like stepping back into Montreal! Real steamies, incredible fries, amazing poutine-OHH MY! Original Steamies- all dressed with coleslaw even- or not! REAL back East cheese curds poutine, and back East gravy (St Hubert)! Back East smoked meat sandwiches on rye-oh Lord what a treat. There are soft treat ice cream cones-with Quebec maple syrup even, and more. The owner is there always- working hard-and she is just great to chat with! We are SO glad to tell EVERYone about this place- and especially if you need a taste of home! Bonne Journée tout le monde!!
