Going the extra mile for customers satisfaction. I misunderstood the double leg special and thought it comes with rice. I didn't realize you have to choose the sides. Well your staff Natalie wasn't only nice and polite in taking and serving orders but she went the extra mile of giving me a bowl of rice. Thank you, your consideration is very much appreciated. Barcelos has become my favorite spot for food! It’s incredibly clean, with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff, Owner, provide outstanding service. My daughters and I always receive exceptional care whenever we visit. The food portions are generous, and it’s now my go-to neighborhood takeout spot. I truly appreciate how much attention they give to their customers' needs. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place with great food.
This place is great! Love the chicken, love the service and the atmosphere. Best spot within walking distance of the hospital for a good meal at a relatively good price. I went here almost every day for lunch or dinner while I was in the area.
