Our server was amazing, so friendly. Been here before and have had rude people who didn't really care if you were here or not or rushed you, or acted looked like they had been drinking on shift. Our server tanya is the reason we will be back to this location.

Our server, Emmaline, was the highlight of our night! She was attentive and was able to serve us right away despite how busy the lounge was this evening. Great attitude, hard working and very warm.
Food was whatever.. it’s Boston Pizza, you get exactly what you expect from Boston pizza lol my lettuce a lil limpy but meh it is what it is. Service definitely made up for the food!!

Our server (Christian as it said on the receipt) was super friendly and personable even in a stressful situation (busy night on a long weekend while being short-staffed). Made our experience better and although there was a wait, having good service goes a long way!

Ordered door dash and my garlic bread was missing and my gf’s order had extra cheese and bacon on hers but we didn’t ask for that. It’s like a hit and miss when ordering here if you’ll even get all the sauces and correct items you ordered :/

I took my kids here quite late over the weekend and they made the best nachos we've ever tried. Huge portion and everything tasted fresh. Wings were also perfect as well.

Came at 9:45pm, so the atmosphere was rather dead! Service was abysmal, with the waitress failing to see how the food was, forgetting the dip/salsa to our chips, and not coming to offer drinks after our first round was finished!
Just FYI, it comes as though you are at a fast food chain. So if you don’t mind getting your plates at “developing” don’t come here…. I could’ve drove five mins down the road to market crossing for better service..
The server didn’t even know what we ordered for second round of our drinks… 😅
Instead, she prioritized chatting with a coworker behind the bar… There was four of us in the restaurant… Service should be exceptional with such a small group of patrons!

The service here is really bad they only care about the regular customers and not the new people especially in the morning, took 25 minutes to get served 🙄 and it was so quiet
Average food but they had a really bad customer service, no one serve us and no one are willing to help us when we wanted to check the bill, we have to walk to reception to paid the bills

Had a party of 20 show up on a Sunday. The staff and manager gave us great service very nice and great hospitality. Definitely coming back again!
