I went with some of my friends after an event at college last night. The food was really good, and our server (Emma-something, I'm sorry I forgot the name) was amazing and super friendly. As someone who works at a restaurant myself I was very impressed with our server who went above and beyond to provide great customer service.
I also had a birthday party here about a month ago and Christian was very helpful with accommodating our party and making sure we had a table with enough people. Every time I go here the service is outstanding. Great job!

usually love Boston Pizza, but this location is the worst I have ever seen. The staff don’t know how to treat customers at all. Even Uber drivers were struggling to find their pickup orders, and the employees weren’t even responding properly. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I usually like Boston Pizza, but this location was particularly bad. Service is incredibly slow here, even on weeknights when there’s hardly anyone around. Our food was served without cutlery. It also took a long time for our orders to get taken and for our food to come out.
The food was pretty meh. I usually love the cactus cut fries, but these were tough and hard to eat. The pasta bake was lacking in flavour. The pizza was pretty decent.
Mainly came here to use up a gift card. Will probably go elsewhere next time.

The service here is terrible. We waited in the entrance for ten minutes, watching the servers walk back and forth right in front of us, and yet no one came to seat us. When someone finally came out — carrying a bunch of take-out bags — he still ignored us. When we finally got inside, the table was sticky. Then suddenly two servers appeared at once. Overall, this place has basically fallen into a state of no management at all.

Last time went for dinner with my bf…. Spend more than 2 hrs here included waiting for foods and wait for them to get me a bill and machine to pay. Give them second chance… walked in and stand for like 10-15mins….no one come to the front desk to get a sit for us ….. bad service and food absolutely not worth to go here.
