They had 2 people working a bartender and what seemed like a manager. Service was slow not to many people in restaurant. We had to move plates and glasses off to a empty table. Food was good. Bartender was friendly she hooked up the drinks some free shots.

I came in on a Monday during lunch and the restaurant was mostly empty. Did not get service till 15 mins later. We order apple juice and water for my kids and a pop for myself. The server came back and took our order 1 kids meal, $15 lunch menu and chicken wings appetizer. After a while then the food came. Everything was fine until the chicken wings showed up. It was burnt with black edges, how can a chain restaurant serve this kind of quality wings? Even though I want to send it back, the server is no where to be found. She comes back 25 mins later to ask how are things. My pop needed a refill so the first time she came with the food, I didn't say anything to see if she will refill it for me. Nope she didnt, I gave her another chance after another 25 mins she came back and I had to ask for a refill. By this time I already ate the chicken wings and didn't say anything. After we finished our meals, I was looking around to see where she is. Also no where to be found. Then one of my kids waved at her since she pop out of nowhere. I asked for the bill and the icecream for the kids meal. I didn't even have a chance to look over the bill and she already stood there with the icecream and the machine to pay. After I payed I looked at the bill she charged me extra for a unlimited refill pop. I spoke with her why did I get charged, isn't the $15 lunch included the pop? She just said oh I forgot. So the server doesn't know her menu? She doesn't look like a new employee. Instead of refunding me which she said it will take 5-7 days to get the refund, she didn't want to refund me. She ask if it's ok to give me a coupon of $5 instead. I just said ok with the $5 coupon. There's a expired date until October to use it. So I'm forced to come back between now till beginning of October. This was supposed to be a nice lunch with my kids and it turned into a not enjoyable experience.

I really like Boston Pizza, especially during happy hour. The deals are awesome, and the food always hits the spot. Their pizza is my go to cheesy and loaded with toppings just how I like it. The wings are crispy and full of flavor, and the pasta? The servings are huge! Honestly, you’ll probably have leftovers to take home.
Plus, it’s just a short walk from the train, which makes it super easy to get to and from. All in all, it’s a solid spot to grab a bite and chill with friends.

Overall terrible experience. Food was good but had a terrible experience with a man there. The man (bald one in picture) was staring at me and my friends which consisted of a group of girls for over 30 mins. He was wearing jean shorts no show socks(yikes) and had a teddy bear with hi,m. He then proceeded to try to follow me into the women's restroom and when told we were minors offered to buy us alcohol. We tried but failed at deferring him by telling him to stop. His friend (jacket) even tried to follow us into the parking lot and made the experience extremely scary and uncomfortable. Please be extremely cautious if you see him or his friends. (he also spoke a different language not sure what country he is from)

Came in looking to enjoy dinner. I stood in the front area while hostess seemed to be busy with somethings before seating us (party of two) rather than help us after she just walked away! Completely ignoring me! My partner had to go up and ask her to be seated, and she was like ‘oh you wanted a table?’ No we’re just here to hang out, like what on earth was she thinking?! As she sat us my partner used the restroom and she made a very presumptive comment to me that I found to be quite rude. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

I grew up playing hockey and going to Boston pieces and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever encountered across Canada

Went to this location for lunch on a Monday. We arrived around 11:45 and waited for probably 15 minutes to be seated. The place was dead. Pretty sure one of the employees saw us at least twice while cleaning tables but didn’t greet us or get the hostess. We could hear employees yapping in the back. To be fair they open at 11 but still, I would imagine you would still pay attention to the door no? Just annoying, we ended up walking out after having zero interaction with anyone and went to the DeDutch next door. Much better service and better atmosphere from what I can see from the other reviews. :/
