This location is a disaster
Quality of food - can tell they hired cheap labour that doesn’t care about the food. Poorly cooked
Service - servers are so bad it’s like they’ve never gone to a restaurant. Had to ask for plates and cutlery. Let dishes pile up so badly we had to move them on to other empty tables. If you needed something you had to go to the back to get anyone’s attention
Management- competed a survey and manager called me. Apologized and offered a voucher for future visit. Went to redeem and spoke to manager many times and decided he didn’t want to do anything anymore
Sad as it used to be our favourite place that we ordered from at least once a month
Poor quality. Horrible service. Unprofessional management. Just go to another location as there are better options

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5 stars)
I had a really disappointing experience at the Boston Pizza in New Westminster. Some of the food came out undercooked, which is already a major red flag. On top of that, it looked like they only had one person working the tables, so the service was incredibly slow. I asked for ranch with my pizza, and it didn’t arrive until 20 minutes later—long after I had already finished eating.
Overall, the service was poor and the quality just wasn’t there. Definitely not worth the visit. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Garlic shrimp mac and cheese was more of just an alfredo sauce with shrimp, very little cheese. Taste and quantity was not worth the $28 the pasta cost, plus they forgot my garlic bread. They also didn't give us the dips for the cactus cut potatoes, we paid for extra and we got none. We called them multiple times and no answer. A very unsatisfying $90+ order. Reminded me why I don't normally order from BP. Over priced and not good.

It's good. The last time I came though, the servers were saying it was busy but you can see empty seats but people still had to wait. When my friend and I were seated we had to wait almost 45 minutes and she was about to leave. Thankfully food came. The food is always good so I have no problem there but it's pricy.

They were not able to make my pasta without tomato sauce, & didn't asked for a drink refill.

Today, I was craving a lasagna and desired to go to Boston pizza in Queensborough landing to dine in. I got very dissatisfied with the food because the lasagna wasn't properly cooked. The cheese they used looked like cheese crumbs that didn't melt, it didn't have any beef and the pasta was hard to chew. I wasted my time and money there. I also ordered a started size of nachos that never arrived to the table until I was leaving the restaurant. I'm not coming back to this restaurant again.

Came in Friday night, they only had the manager working and the restaurant only had 4 tables (she mentioned this number to me). She denied me entry and said that the wait time was 35 minutes. I thought the manager was joking at first, but turns out she wasn’t and was being serious. We decided to leave but it was a shame as we have been dining here for years. This incident is simply acceptable for an establishment like Boston Pizza.

I recently picked up an order from Boston Pizza and there was a small mix-up with my food. When I went back to get it corrected, the staff were super friendly and quick to fix the mistake. They also gave me an extra appetizer as a complimentary gesture, which was really thoughtful!

Service was great but took a long time before taking our order. The food was served quickly but was not as good as it usually is at Boston pizza. Price was a little on the high side considering the quality of food.

After placing an online order, we went to the restaurant to collect it. Upon entering, I observed a considerable number of flies.
We had already begun our journey home when we realized we needed to return, as a portion of our order had been omitted. Consequently, by the time we arrived back home, our food had unfortunately become cold.

Boston Pizza is always a fun outing for the whole family. The kids can’t get enough of their warm brownie topped with creamy ice cream. It’s their absolute favorite treat. The pizzas and fries are always fresh and satisfying, and the happy hour deals make it an even better spot for a casual meal. It’s one of those places where everyone leaves happy, whether it’s for a family dinner or a quick bite after a busy day.
