I went back and forth on the stars because I feel like it was somewhat my fault? I went here today for lunch, and ordered a sandwich off their feature menu and specifically asked if it could be gluten free. The server said they could swap the bun, I said great. He then asked me what sides and mentioned fries, but when I looked at their gluten free side list, fries weren't on there. So I pointed to the menu where it said that and he said right. So I ordered the Ceasar salad, gluten free. He comes back awhile later with my order, and there are croutons on my salad. So I asked if they were gluten free, he said they should be. I waited a bit and heard him go to the back (we were right by the kitchen), and then he came back out apologizing saying it wasn't gluten free and took it back to sort it out.
He then came back with a fresh salad, no croutons, and the sandwich on a separate plate this time. But then I looked at my sandwich and instead of a grilled chicken breast it was coated in something. So he came back again and I asked if it was gluten free. He said he thought so, and my friend piped up at this point and says she had an actual gluten allergy. So he said give me a minute and then went to check again. The kitchen had no idea if it was gluten free. So they had to remake the sandwich with a different chicken they had on hand, the grilled one. Now, as I'm laying around sick, im pretty confident there was gluten somewhere in the recipe. Maybe in the sauce, I don't know.
I should have just gone for one of the menu items that were said to be gluten friendly. But I also know they dont always put it on the feature menu, and I wanted to try something new. I dont really blame the staff, but I just wish he had said I cant be sure so its up to you, or something like that. Don't tell me it can be gluten free when you aren't sure.
The bun was delicious though, i have to say. It was a pretty good gluten free bun.

We walked in and no host was at the booth: we waited 10 mins and no one came. We then sat ourselves at the bar, we sat next to another guest and no bartender was in the restaurant. I walked into the dining room and asked someone, and they said someone should be there, they were not sure. I came back and waited another 15 mins. No one came. We just left. It was a huge waste of time.
I went to the washroom, the toilet was cracked and it was a huge mess.
Terrible experience.

We had a very disappointing experience at this Boston Pizza location. The overall service from both the servers and the kitchen was terrible. The only person who showed a minimum level of courtesy was the young man at the entrance.
My sister actually ordered a salad with goat cheese, beet, and pineapple, and the cheese was completely covered in mold literally black. We have a photo of it. They didn’t replace it, didn’t apologize, and offered no courtesy at all. She had to order another dish, and even then, the mashed potatoes arrived almost at the end of her meal.
We didn’t receive proper cutlery, our water glasses stayed empty until we practically begged for a refill, and the waitress’s attitude was dismissive. They switched servers after our complaint, but by then it was too late and the last server was in a very poor attitude.
Extremely poor service overall, and not what we expected from Boston Pizza.

Forced 20% gratuity even though the waiter spilled the drinks all over us. Won’t be coming back.
I didn't like the robotic server serving our food. I rather have a real server.
Ordered delivery thru door dash.
Salmon power bowl is bland. Salmon was not citrus glazed. Rice was undercooked. Guacamole is missing.
No cutlery provided as requested.
is this place still open?
Boston Pizza in Queensborough was an absolute nightmare. We walked in on the 11th to a dead, lifeless restaurant with not a single server or bartender in sight—just one woman half-heartedly trying to manage everything and clearly putting in as little effort as possible. When we asked for basic service, she acted like she was royalty, far too important for this kind of work.
The place was a mess. The washroom was flooded with barely any attempt to clean it, draft beer was unavailable, and they couldn’t even provide glasses with our water jug. We were handed cans of beer, and no one bothered to clear our plates or empties. We ended up stacking them on an empty table ourselves.
The food was equally disappointing. The pizza was thin, soggy, and undersized for a “large,” and the so-called "double order" of wings gave us barely a dozen, all for a ridiculous $26. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Boston Pizza. This location should be ashamed to operate under the BP name.

If I could give them a 0 I would. We sat there for 30 minutes and didn’t even get a glass of water. Server looked at us multiple times and just turned around. Unbelievable
The service is so bad that I had to get up to get the server from the server area by the kitchen each and every time I required service.
The meals came out wrong and I was charged for a meal that was to be INCLUDED but the server made another ‘mistake’ when billing.
I asked to see the manager when paying and EACH TIME the “manager” sent the server back out with an ‘offer’ which I said No to and asked again to see the manager.
The Cherry on this Monster of a distasteful experience was that they sent the server with a gift certificate for what I THOUGHT was the money owing at least and I was so frustrated I didn’t stand there to read it and it was for $x off IF you spend $50!!!!
So they took too much money on the bill and never returned it. The food was the usual “meh” but the service from the time our party of 6 adults and 2 children Entered - Ordered - Ate - Billed - Left was the most CARELESS customer service (hard to call it that) I have experienced. What a crappy restaurant.
Vegetarian options: Limited and bland at best. Use to be the spot now it is NOT.
Dietary restrictions: Ask 3 times to be clear. They are not attentive. Check again if serious allergy. They are not very good and I don’t think they could help in an emergency.
Kid-friendliness: Ignores children instead of being kind and engaging.

Expect slow service if you plan to come here. I don't think creating your own pizza is worth it here. Average compared to other Italian restaurants.
