Me and my partner were sitting there for almost 15 minutes and nobody came to take our order. I politely smiled at our host (teen girl with braids, piercings & dermals) but she ignored us. Felt very racially profiled but ignored it and thought to walk out. While walking out we did say to the host at the entrance about our experience and he smirked and said “okay”. Terribly disappointed. Dont hire teens if u cant make them work.

The service was terrible waited for almost an hour to get our food while the entire restaurant is empty practically. I ordered the 7 cheese ravioli it was so dry NO SAUCE. Took even longer to get our bill. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. Ordered the brownie wasn’t even warm it was cold aswell

I had the French onion soup. Shallow bowl, only 2 pieces of hard bread and very little cheese graded. No cheese crust on top. But soup was very taisty. Main course was in a different plate not a bowl as advertised. (They said no clean bowls ) out of a restaurant with 5 customers. The portions were very undersized for the price. I left Hungary. I asked for extra garlic bread and only got one piece smaller than my fist. I felt I was in munchkin land. Lol

For a Saturday night it looked pretty slow. Their creamy chicken noodle soup ,with garlic toast .was very yummy on this cold foggy night. I ate 2 bowls. Highly recommend it.

First, your bathrooms are a disaster. 4/6 toilets in the women’s bathroom weren’t flushed; one of the working toilets had a seat too small for the bowl and the toilet in the stall for the disabled was held together with what looked like duct tape. I actually walked in, and walked out.

Second - our food was awful. It’s like it was just thrown together.

Third, the service - our server, while lovely needs training. It took forever for her to return to our table to get our drinks. Our plates were cleared before we were barely finished.

The floors in the restaurant were littered with debris.

While we love love love Boston pizza, we will not return to this location.

Got delivery order wrong on ubereats. Instead of medium hot sauce wings, gave honey garlic. For poutine with gravy gave beef dip instead of gravy and very stale fries.

Honestly disappointed, really dropped the ball on just giving the right item. Like come on.

That’s the worst location ever . Bad service even though it was not busy and we waited 20minutes and none of the server shows up to check up on us and I had to go the server the other side to grab her attention to bring us the bill to pay .
I don’t recommend going to this location .i had a really bad experience .

This location is a disaster
Quality of food - can tell they hired cheap labour that doesn’t care about the food. Poorly cooked
Service - servers are so bad it’s like they’ve never gone to a restaurant. Had to ask for plates and cutlery. Let dishes pile up so badly we had to move them on to other empty tables. If you needed something you had to go to the back to get anyone’s attention
Management- competed a survey and manager called me. Apologized and offered a voucher for future visit. Went to redeem and spoke to manager many times and decided he didn’t want to do anything anymore
Sad as it used to be our favourite place that we ordered from at least once a month
Poor quality. Horrible service. Unprofessional management. Just go to another location as there are better options
