I went there on Saturday night with a couple friends. They were a-bit short staffed but I must say and congratulate them for the team they have built.Our food came in a bit late bit it was nice and delicious. Our server was very knowledgeable and super friendly. She apologized for the delay and was very attentive. She made us feel like home and we left with a smile. We’ll definitely visit her again ♥️?

04/28/2024 about 9.40 p.m We went there and about 11.00 p.m my steak serviced. The server, I think she is also manager because the way her outfit. She was so rude, waited even for water 10 mins, steak is 1 hour. Worst service ever

Food was awful was unable to get what I wanted as when I got it something was wrong with the meat ended up getting something else which was also horribly prepared. We go to bp often well used to an actual decent meal is hard to come by now with them. This was the last chance we give to bp food quality is terrible

Dropped in for happy hour. Had the platter which was good. The only critical thing I can say is the table needed a thorough cleaning as it was sticky with grime even after it was wiped down. Bon appétit.

HORRIBLEDuring my first time ordering from boston pizza i decided to order a large veggie pizza for my family which i spent 40 dollars on. Firstly the wait was took almost an hour and after running out of patience and confronting them, they gave us our pizza. I dont understand why they took so long as there were barelg any customers (but i didnt complain much thinking they were maybe short on staff). When I drove all the way back home and opened the box, we found 7-10 STRANDS OF HAIR! That's when I had it. I drove back and showed them the pizza. Though I did get a refund, i didnt get the apology we deserved. Due to this we lost our appetite.Today was my second experience. I thought maybe that was all just an accident and I should get boston pizza another chance. Today I ordered the Mediterranean Large Pizza and they told us the wait would be 15 minutes. When i arrived there was only one person there and no one else. I waited and waited and that 15 minute turned into a 40 min wait. After asking they simply said we forgot after telling me to wait anither 5 mins. This was very unprofessional seeing them chatting at the back and there being barely any other customers they could not handle one pizza order(this time having more than enough staff).Honestly I would not recommend. Food is not very well prepared and neither worth the money you spend. Same goes for their. customer service. Daddy daddy, so sweet daddy save you a pizza Pizza
Been here many time for lunch. Food is ok, and better than other BP's that I've been too. Service is very slow at lunch time. They often seem short staffed. The owner is often helping and is a very nice man that always stops to say Hi.

Service is way too slow waited almost 20min to order drinks and there were only 4 tables occupied and 3 servers. Ordered cactus cut potatoes came out cold and soggy asked to have them remade and they literally took our plate and brought it back within 2 min and every piece was soaked in oil. Definitely would not recommend it’s not the same as before!
