I got two take out items for my son. The bubblt was ok. But the store popluar dish salt and peppery chicken was quite tiny portion. As the photo shows, A little disappiontent for this take out and I wont order from the store.

They have the best Oreo Taro in my estimation.

My girl was not feeling well, the staff offered hot soup prior to any meal was served. Such a heartfelt dining experience that we had.

The New west location for some reason decided to close at 9:30 instead of 10pm as found. You only learn of this once you get there and ask. Only to be told they already closed by the staff.
Either its something that the people haven't decide to update or upper management is doing bare minimum with their job. It is really disheartening, I will refuse to eat from there and will not be recommending this place until it is dealt with.

However, I ordered Kung Pao combo for takeout. I got home and was disappointed with the amount of food for $21.something. So, I returned to the establishment and expressed my concern. I was told that it looks like a smaller amount because they changed containers. Bull duty!
Yeah, they changed containers, however, they started serving smaller amounts in those larger containers.

Excellent dishes. We were a table of 10 with no reservation, but when arrived there were only 6 other diners. Very long time to have our order taken (too few staff perhaps🤷🏼‍♂️). But excellent dishes from spicy beef noodle soup and beef tendon to tofu and crispy chicken.

Wow! The service on the food here has really improved over the years :-) We were really impressed when we went earlier last week. Will be returning :-)

Red tea cream float with pearls and no ice !! Delish!! Very friendly and on point staff. Always great service for take out and dine in.

Beef stir fry, squid tentacles, and popcorn chicken is our fave. Once in a while we’ll enjoy the condensed milk toast. Heavenly !

Ordered on uber eats and was pleasantly surprised!! We got the beef noodle soup - the noodles were chewy, broth was rich and delicious, and there was a good serving of beef (around 7 pieces). We also got the Laksa Surf and turf hot pot and a fresh taro bubble tea. These were also delicious.

This is one of my favourites spots in New West, I eat here or order out all the time and each time it’s perfect. The service is great and the people are super nice as well. Highly recommended. :)

Huge menu, so many choices! The staff was super complimentary and accommodating. Had a chicken and noodle bowl, gyoza and matcha bubble tea. It’s open late too!
