One of the best places for burgers! Portions are huge, burgers are juicy, fries are thick, and plenty of milkshake flavors to choose from. Been a favorite place to go since I was a kid! Service is always great, never had a bad experience here. Definitely check it out and support a local business!!

The food was amazing. I had the chicken Cordon blue. I haven't been there in over a decade. The food tasted even better and thr lady server was sooooo nice. She made me smile when I had a terrible day. Love this place and highly recommend

Walked in today and was told to sit anywhere we please. So me and one other customer sat down. A server handed us menus after we sat down then never came back.
Another group of people came in way after us and we're served before us. We sat there for a long time with absolutely no service.
So we decided to go to Burger King where we got our burgers in less than 5 minutes.
Disappointing service to say the least.

My family and I have been coming here for well over 20 years and it’s still our favourite spot. Best burger in the Lower Mainland, fair prices, and genuinely wonderful staff. We drive in from North Burnaby at least once a month and it never disappoints.

I have been a loyal customer of this place for many years, but lately the customer service from your staff has not been worth it. Today, September 26 at 5:25 pm, I arrived at the restaurant and it was somewhat busy. The server wearing a cap and glasses, Caucasian—seated me at a rather crowded table.

I have a medical condition that I should not need to explain, but I politely asked if I could move to another table because I was concerned that being in such a crowded spot could trigger my condition. Before I could even finish speaking, the server abruptly cut me off and was quite rude. When I decided to leave for my own sake, they did not even bother to apologize.

Is this really the standard of customer service you uphold?

I wanted a Bison burger as beef is off my diet plan but this was my birthday so we drove to New West from North Vancouver as this was on the menu. While it was pricey at $29 it was a full 6 oz of prime Bison beautifully cooked, accompanied with fresh, ripe veggies and a fresh bun. My salad went untouched but it made a nice lunch the next day.
My companion had The Works burger and he loved it. Said it was one of the best he's ever had.
Eventhough we arrived fairly late, our server was excellent. She fired up the milkshake machine just for us and made a splendid strawberry milkshake with real berries.
This was a great treat for my birthday and we'll be back. Enjoyed the retro music and the atmosphere.
IF you can manage the 8 patty burger, you get your photo on the Wall of Fame but if you fail, you go on the Wall of Shame.
It's even close enough to the New West skytrain station to walk to and waddle back from.
