Food was awesome, band was great but a little loud for us being in one of the front tables. Choose location accordingly!
Lovely place. We were coming for authentic Mexican, but got Cactus Club Mexican instead. Would come again!
The food was absolutely amazing. Tried brunch here for the first time after having been for dinner a few times, and will be back again the morning. Great menu and twists on classic breakfast dishes. I think we were forgotten about towards the end of our meal and had to flag down a couple staff to get our bill. It is loud in here, even during the day. Absolutely recommend!!
This was our first visit and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious. We will be returning someday to try other menu items. We tried the chili relleno and pastor tacos. My husband and I shared and it was plenty. The relleno was so good. Great mezcal margaritas too.
The service was good at the beginning. Then when it got busier we hardly ever saw our server. My friend had to order his drink twice & my boyfriend never got his coffee. The food was very good but $24 for a plate of Brussels sprouts seemed a little over the top pricey. They were delicious but there was a lot of sauce & not enough Brussels sprouts. It was a nice change from your average Mexican restaurant. The service was mediocre especially since we had an early reservation on a Thursday night. I would definitely avoid going there on a weekend unless you don't mind waiting an hour to get a drink. And speaking of drinks I had 2 margaritas & I suspect there was very little or no alcohol in them.
Lately, the place has been usually closed during business hours without any sign announcing their closure. We’ve tried to go there twice to support them but we just give up. Very unfortunate for a small business we wanted to support.
Genuinely amazing and authentic tacos. I recommend the al Pastor (pork) tacos.
Great to have a place like this in New West. We placed a large order of enchiladas, burritos and quesadillas for a family gathering and Cacao Mexican Foods pleasantly surprised us. Good Mexican food at reasonable prices.
This is easily the best Mexican food I've ever had in my life and maybe even one of the best meals I've ever had. It's not heavy on the stomach or greasy at all and everything was cooked to perfection. The meat was this perfect level of juicy but not greasy at all with such a nice flavor, the tortillas had this perfect crisp from the sear but the inside was soft, the sauce was just this perfect blend of flavor and just the right amount so its flavorful but not dripping and making a mess. If you haven't already, you have to try this place. I just asked for no cilantro and she left it out. I can't be happier with my meal here 10/10.
We ordered the pozole and Mexican Coca-Cola, and it was absolutely delicious, so authentic and honestly the best I’ve ever had. This place is definitely my favorite! The service was also very friendly and helpful.

I tried their carnitas burrito which was on special today and it was super delicious. Also the women working at the shop are super friendly. They have special everyday of the week except for Saturday I believe. Thank you
This place had the best burrito I have ever had in metro van. It was so tasty
Very good food and very friendly. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, but I'll be back to try their tacos next time. The prices are as good if not better than you will find elsewhere. Very authentic Mexican food.
They also have agrocery section if you need any ingredients.
Very delicious! The staff is friendly and the food is awesome. I had the chicken tacos and they were perfect for lunch. Very good prices too!
Food was amazing. Service still not the best, really slow, took about 30 min for our drinks and another 30 min for our bill. Not sure if will go back this time.
