Their customer service is zero! I came into the store to pick up an order and the old lady with a very bad attitude forced me to confirm that I picked up the order, but she didn't give me the order yet. I just asked her, "Is it ready? If yes, hand it to me then I can confirm." She was kind of yelling at me to confirm first, even though she didn't say the order was ready or not.

I understand some people pick up the order and then they don't confirm, but they need to understand how to deal with people. I am not going to confirm unless you give me the food or order. I hope the manager sees this message and does a better job at this location! What a waste of time!

I order 4 milk tea 2 taro and honeydew and one cold cha time triple..but both cold taro milk tea with perl and coconut jelly has weird taste and texture like curdled water separated .. I never had problems with other cha time locations and other bubble tea places but first time I ordered here from uber eats . Drinking that makes my throat feel weird like some stuff stuck in my throat.. I don't know what is wrong .. so disappointed.

The drinks are full-flavored and made perfectly every time. The pearls are always soft and well cooked and the service is great, always friendly and kind. Store is clean and maintained. Thanks for making the best bubble tea🧋

A string of metal came out from the drink. Very sharp and pointy, could have been a big danger for kids. Parents with kids, please avoid this store.

Wow, honestly such an amazing spot, there was this one bobarista that was just soooo charming. I asked for her name, I think it started with an E. Anyways, I was very satisfied by their service, I will be sure to come back! There was also a guy with a middle part that was so cool, think his name started with a B or something. Thanks so much guys!

This location is horrible with opening on time and having everything ready for service at opening. It’s 11:45am as I’m writing this review and this place was supposed to open 15 minutes ago. I knocked and no one answered so I had to leave.

The strawberry matcha latte was meh. The drink wasn’t prepared like the promo poster. It came out just green and when asked where’s the layer of strawberry she replied it’s mixed in there. I asked for 100% ice and got maybe 40%. My drink was mediocre at best and it cost almost $8

Very bad service, rude Asian old lady, no manners . Saw her yelling at delivery drivers too. Feel bad for them . Will never go there.

Been to other chatimes ordering the same drink, (so I can definitely tell the difference ). Exactly what others have said , drink was extremely watery and no taste . I made a comment to the older lady working and she gave so much attitude when I mentioned it.

Often out of ingredients (or won’t make certain things) later in evening, especially when younger fellow is working. Can be super disappointing if ya have your heart set in something.
Go somewhere else for more reliable service.
