Yes, the chicken they make is good but the problem is that I ate the chicken I bought there and went to the cashier to ask for a napkin and asked 10 times if they could check it and they didn't care about me at all.

The chicken tastes good!

I frequent the Market Crossing location and tonight I inadvertently ordered to this location on the app. Boy was I disappointed after having eaten at the Market Crossing location multiple times. I purchased the combo and received less chicken than I normally do and chicken was subpar in comparison. Not very light and flaky like I expected. Will definitely not return to this location ever again.

I was hungry and I was surprised that Chicko Chicken had a location at the New Westminster skytrain station which is accessible. It’s casual place for take out and eat in for families with kids. I had the half cheese snow and half soy garlic which is a great combination. The portions are right and the amount of pieces given, tastefuly delicious! Total recommend eating here!

Price increases and smaller portion. Ordered the full size and only half of the box. Used to be my favourite chicken restaurant😞

I been coming here about 2 years. Always get the Chicko meal with the spicy sweet sauce. Friendly Staff. Not really a sit down restaurant, no service on tables, that’s why 1 star. For $15.00 really happy with it, right on price point. Have ordered other things on menu, portions and taste are really well done.

If you don't like sweet food, go away from this shop. Everything is so sweet. Firstly, I brought half and half of cheese and buldak flavor. Even the cheese flavor, It is still a little bit sweet, and buldak flavor is supper sweet but not spicy at all.

Then, I tried a second chance with soygarlic and Heak Buldak. Both make me disappointed. It's all still sweet, even soy garlic flavor, which is supposed to be salty more than sweet. Heak buldak also super sweet more than spicy.

All flavors like fried chicken coated with caramel. I'm not sure if I will be back to try something else.

Ps. Last time, I ordered sauce on the side, but they already mixed the sauce for me. I didn't get it on the side.

I was really excited to try them I got a taste before my little sister recommended them, a little hard to locate but I got there, lights were off at 9:45, front door still open I come in and say sorry it says it’s open until 10 on google the girl at the register informs me last call it’s at 9:40 I recommend updating since i had to drive in from Surrey also add more pictures so it’s easy to locate

Food is great, some staff might be a bit off sometimes. Overall chicken was made the way I wanted it to be
