Absolutely ridiculous.
I picked up 7 drinks around 9:30 PM, all ordered with 30% sugar—got home and found they gave everything at 50%, which was way too sweet. I called right away—no one answered. Called again this morning, and the guy who picked up was rude, unhelpful, and couldn’t care less.
I told him the drinks were still sealed, and he straight up said, “We can’t do anything,” and that they don’t have a manager or owner. Seriously? No one in charge? That’s probably why they mess up orders and act like it’s the customer’s problem.
Never coming back. Terrible service and zero responsibility.

I ordered a strawberry macchiato this evening and it contained several pieces of fruit(?) that were definitely not strawberry. At this price point, I would expect to receive exactly what I ordered and not some unnamed and unexpected ingredient(s). Very unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

One of our go-tos in New West. They’re fast, friendly and have great drinks. Customizing choices are almost overwhelming but I feel most chains are like this now. Highly recommend giving them a try.

New, níce & clean store. Staff are pretty fast. I like their passion fruit tea with honey jelly, a perfect combo of sour & sweet flavors, I love the texture of the jelly & passion fruit seeds, yep, so you know it's not just the passion fruit powder but the real thing. They have medium size mango green tea at $2.99 in case you want to give it a try. 30% sugar is my suggestion.
