What a great hidden gem inside an office building near Royal Columbian Area. The Banh MI bun was the best I've had by far also the portion is quite big. I ordered a spicy lemon grass chicken banh mi, chicken was perfectly flavored, veggies are fresh with also the picked mix, the spice is perfect not lingering but achieved by what seemed like a perfectly placed amount of pepper or a spice pepper blend? Also perhaps the owners/staff were really friendly, with fast service. I would definitely recommend people give it a try great bahn mi, would definitely come back again just for it. Vietnamese coffee is good too, just too sweet for my palate.

Just came from there. Very friendly staff. The pork bahn mi is excellent
And the spring rolls are so cripsy and not too heavy. Wanted to try for the last 2 months! Happy I went after my night shift cheat 🤤
Had an appointment at the same building where the restaurant is. After my appointment i suddenly craved Pho. Asked what their best seller is, they said anything with chicken. Victor suggested I tried the No. 11 Chicken Pho… it was good. A different take on a chicken Pho. Lin who was the server actually gave me a Kalamansi (citrus fruit) Juice as a sampler… tasted like home ❤️
Loved the customer service Victor and Lin showed. Loved the atmosphere. Loved the food. Would be coming back here again. Oh and their free tea is an authentic Vietnamese Tea.

So..the food is great... But I went to the bathroom and when I was waiting in line for the bathroom I heard squeaking noises. At first I thought it was nothing then I looked under the table to the right of the kitchen door and there was a poison trap and a sticky pad that had a live mouse on it... Waiting to die of dehydration... I'm not a vegan and even I know this is the MOST inhumane way to deal with pests. I was very upset by this. Will probably not go there again because of this... It's unfortunate because the food is really good but what kind of place calls themselves vegan and treats animals like this? Sticky pads are extremely inhumane.
I’ve never tried Vietnamese food before, so I thought going there would be a great start, which indeed was. The server was really friendly and helped us with understanding the menu and our options. And food was a fair price and great quality.
Came here after a hospital visit and it was the perfect meal for a pick me up. They were so nice and the food was amazing. Please come here!

I really love this place! The food is seriously delicious—the vegetarian pho is so flavorful and comforting, and the shrimp roll is super fresh and tasty. As a bonus (and as a proud crazy cat lady), I absolutely adore all the cute cat-themed decor. Great food and great vibes!

I cannot tell you how excited I am to have found Corner Cafe Vietnamese Pho Noodles & Rice Bowls! This is my new go-to place for a healthy, delicious and affordable lunch. We both had the same, BBQ Pork Banh Mi and the soup. I also had the most delicious Vietmanese Coffee I have ever had! The service is incrdible, the food delicious and fresh. Everything was so so good, anyone visiting RCH or working at RCH should make the 1 minute walk kitty corner and try this out. The staff were authentically friendly and inviting and so warm and welcoming. I could have stayed all day. I will be going out of my way to come back for meals and tell anybody I can to try this gem out!
Amazing food and service!
This is the worst Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. We ordered the house special soup, 4 spring rolls and 1 salad roll. The house special soup was underwhelming. The noodles were pre-cut (which we’ve never had or seen from a vietnamese restaurant before… unless we were cutting it ourself) and soggy. The broth was not enough, the beef was too thick and they didnt even provide mint leaves. The spring rolls was definitely not worth getting, it was small and overpriced. The salad roll, fell apart the moment you bite into it… this restaurant does not seem like an authentic vietnamese restaurant.. it lacks quality and quantity. For the price that they charge, they could at least up their food standards. I will never go back to this place again and I highly recommend you also do not come here for vietnamese (lack of) food.
I ordered a combo (pork patty and spring roll) vermicelli bowl for lunch on a Wednesday.
Pros: very nice server, very attentive, provides free hot tea
Cons: Vietnamese bowl did not seem authentic, price is high for quality of food, the pork patty and spring roll was small and dry while they gave lots of vermicelli.
All in all would not return for the Vietnamese food, have had better bang for buck elsewhere.
Forgot to catch their names but I mentioned I have a sore throat and the staff went above and beyond in serving hot tea with lemon honey which I didn't ask for but well-needed. You know how there's pho places where the broth taste like MSG-filled powdered soup, I love that you can actually taste the beef in their broth like homemade cooking. DEFINITELY returning!
