What a great hidden gem inside an office building near Royal Columbian Area. The Banh MI bun was the best I've had by far also the portion is quite big. I ordered a spicy lemon grass chicken banh mi, chicken was perfectly flavored, veggies are fresh with also the picked mix, the spice is perfect not lingering but achieved by what seemed like a perfectly placed amount of pepper or a spice pepper blend? Also perhaps the owners/staff were really friendly, with fast service....

Had an appointment at the same building where the restaurant is. After my appointment i suddenly craved Pho. Asked what their best seller is, they said anything with chicken. Victor suggested I tried the No. 11 Chicken Pho… it was good. A different take on a chicken Pho. Lin who was the server actually gave me a Kalamansi (citrus fruit) Juice as a sampler… tasted like home ❤️
