I live in the area and walk along the boardwalk and would love to be able to be a regular customer of this restaurant, but their service is unbelievably poor. Their food is horrible. Their establishment is dirty and it is way overpriced. A perfect example a piece of toast Gluten-free they will charge you for jam and if you make a fuss to pay the extra for jam they then charge you a dollar more because it’s gluten-free bread. How pathetic is that customer service a joke

Simply magnificent. That brunch item with smoked salmon was definitely one of the best things I had in an outdoor cafe. Really love the atmosphere as well. Coffee is also really good. I will come here every weekend whenever I have the time. Highly recommended.

They do not answer their phone therefore I am unable to place an order for pickup, either that or their open times are not true to what is online. This problem needs to be fixed ASAP.

Every visit to Craft Cafe reminds me why it’s my go-to spot.
The coffee here is on another level – you can really taste the difference from the perfectly roasted beans.
Each sip is rich, smooth, and full of flavor.
Their food is just as impressive, made with high-quality ingredients.
It’s rare to find a place that cares this much about both coffee and food.

One of the best coffee shops I've ever visited! Their coffee is absolutely incredible—I believe they use beans sourced from Bern and Germany, which are among the finest you can find anywhere. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing, the staff are genuinely friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable. It’s clearly a favorite spot among locals and tends to get busy, so I'd recommend bringing a bit of patience. Highly recommended!

There were a few vegan options and they were flavorful. Staff wasn’t really aware of veganism and I think it’s disappointing to pay extra for alternative milk. In general it was ok, especially considering this neighborhood is not super vegan friendly.
Coffee was pretty good, but 1$ for alt milk is a bit disappointing. They have some cool vegan desert options though and the location is great.
Love this place for good location, quite neighbourhood and delicious meals and drinks as well.
Special menu for weekend breakfast till 2 pm (highly recommended).
Kids friendly space.
You can also by some specific items such as a coffee beans, chocolate, stuff etc.
One of the best coffees I’ve ever had. I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk, and it was absolutely perfect — smooth, balanced, and full of flavor without being too heavy. You can tell they take their coffee seriously here.
The vibe at Craft Café is super cozy and relaxed, with friendly staff and great natural light if you’re sitting by the window. I also had a pastry on the side, which was fresh and delicious.
This place is a gem in New West. Definitely coming back!

Amazing service and cozy atmosphere! We tried the butter croissant, peanut butter bar, and classic hot chocolate — everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Absolutely loved my visit to Craft Cafe in New Westminster! The vibe of the place is cozy and aesthetically beautiful with a calm atmosphere, lovely decor, and greenery that makes you feel instantly relaxed.
I ordered the butter croissant, peanut butter bar, and classic hot chocolate — and everything was delicious! The croissant was perfectly flaky and buttery, the peanut butter bar had the ideal balance of sweetness and crunch, and the hot chocolate was rich, smooth, and comforting.
The service was amazing — friendly and attentive staff made the whole experience even better. This cafe is a hidden gem and definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area! Will be coming back for sure. 💛
Cute little cafe for a quick snack.
Love their chicken sandwich that comes with a salad or fries.
Coffee is great too. But Hot Chocolate wasn’t great.
Seating available inside and outside. I always prefer patio seating to enjoy fresh air and scenic view of quay.
Great place for brunch! The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the coffee is excellent. They also sell fancy chocolates, which make great gifts.
It’s a bit small but overall is good. The staffs are nice. They have 2 washrooms. The tables kinda small. Perfect for chatting not study. I would comeback 👍🏻
