Donair Dude

I ordered food there , and i ate inside the restaurant however i went back to ask to buy another Pepsi ,when i asked the girl who was checking the temperature of the food without even cloves i told her ease can i have a pepsi her response with a rude attitude to me one secound pet me finish whats in my hand , so i asked the other guy who was passing by he said wait for her untill she finish in a rude way , at the end she ia telling me that im rude , and she say thats she is a supervisor ,however i own 2 resturants in ontario and im a busniess man who holds food saftey managments certification and i never seen someone rude like this i think brazillian girl she thinks working for 17 dollars an hour and having a title of supervisor means something
She need to be retrained to how treat customers she is so rude
Its a disappointed experience i dont suggest nor recommend this resturant , plus they serve me the food cold.

The food was not worth the price at all they have nothing for topping waste of money never again

I like the chicken with hummus, and garlic paste. Toppings are just pineapple bits and some greens. sauces are great u get to choose 3! Garlic, tahini and sweet sauce are bomb

Small portions and really bad customer service

A Disappointing Donair Experience
*My friend, let me tell you about my recent visit to this restaurant. I was looking forward to a nice beef donair on fries, a simple pleasure, you know? But when it arrived, I swear, the beef tasted like plastic! Not even real meat, it felt like. And the quantity? It was so, so little, barely enough to satisfy. I kept thinking, why don't they just use a food scale for the donair? This way, everyone gets a fair amount, not just a tiny bit.
To make matters worse, the person taking my order was so cold, completely unwelcoming. It really ruined the whole meal. Honestly, it was a big disappointment.

I wasn't satisfied with amount of food that got a bit the rice was under cooked and with platter I didn't got bread so he said he have to change for bread it s not a good experience.

Food was pretty awful, and my credit card information was stolen from here. Avoid at all costs.

Nice staff and great donair. I have noticed the shrinkflation on the size of the donairs now though. They used to be huge and heavy. They are now much smaller than they used to be which makes me sad.

I ordered chicken platter..paid for extra chicken..still gave me an embarrassing amount of chicken..this is literally a scam. Dont give us an option to pay for extra chicken if your not willing to add more chicken.🤦

Ordered large chicken donair (bogo) via Doordash. Very minimal filling and sauce and super dry pita. It took several bites through dry, hard pita to get to the tiny bit of filling in the middle, then still lots more dry, hard pita left that I threw away. Very unsatisfying. Probably the worst donair I have ever had. Judging by their reviews, this seems to be a common complaint. I tried the second one because so much of the first was thrown out. It was obviously made by someone else. It had more filling but not more chicken (minimal). The toppings, i.e. onion, pickles, etc. were add in individual spots, not throughout the pita, so one mouthful was all onion, then another was all tomato. Overall just really bad and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice and clean place to eat my kids loves the place and the food too and Lucy the owner is the best friendly person

There was hardly any chicken in the wrap. It was just a soup of sauces and veggies wrapped up in pita bread. I was disappointed to say the least.
