Was in the neighborhood and decided to check out Flavour Balance Espresso Bar — and it did not disappoint! The breakfast bake was incredibly delicious, especially if you’re keto. The menu offers a great balance of healthy and sweet options, and the space features beautiful art by local artists. Highly recommend!

Amazing selection of snacks and nice coffee. The place has a very quaint vibe, perfect for spending a leisurely afternoon or evening.

The best vegetarian breakfast in town, hands down.
If you are like me and not into toasts or sweet breakfast, this is the place to be. Their Qineoa salad is really tasty, filling and feels really fresh. And at a reasonable price too.
I'll be visiting here often.

Had a fantastic takeout breakfast this morning! The grilled turkey sandwich is with carved turkey not deli meat and is pretty hearty. My husband had the bacon and egg sandwich that he enjoyed. My favourite item from there is the strawberry smoothie...soooo good. My husband had the banana smoothie that was also really good.
Haven't had a bad experience there yet.

Iced vanilla latte, gluten/vegan chocolate chip cookies were both delicious. Decaf espresso was perfect!

I stayed for lunch as well and added chicken to the quinoa Greek salad, it was very fresh and a very large portion.

My new go to place for sure!

STALE old cake that tastes like the fridge. I ordered three cake slices and they are all old and dry. They taste like they have been sliced and in the display for days if not a week and have a hard crust on the outside. I will never spend money here again. The smoothie i got was decent do they get 2 stars.

If you are looking for a place where you can relax, talk in a quiet atmosphere with relaxing music, and of course enjoy delicious desserts with flavored coffee this is the place. Recommended

Probably one of the best coffee shops I've been to. The prices are not over the top so I was surprised. The owners of the store are also so nice! They bake everything in the back!!!!

Such a cute little local coffee shop! The service was quick and staff were so kind! Tasty coffee too! I always order cinnamon in my flat white and he let me put the cinnamon in so it was the right amount! No barista has ever let me do that!
I didn’t get to try any of their food or desserts but it looked and smelled so good! As I was walking up to order I passed a sandwich fresh off the press and it smelled delish!
If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend stopping by here!

I stopped by this cafe today to pick up a cake, and the experience was absolutely delightful. The owners were incredibly sweet and provided quick, friendly service. They offer a wide variety of cakes—from Black Forest to raspberry cheesecake—so there’s something for every taste. I went with the red velvet, and it was delicious! You can really tell they put care and passion into their baked goods. Overall, I highly recommend this hidden gem.
