Parking seems difficult to find other than nearby paid parking.

This place is actually the best coffee and treats in New Westminster. I didn't really want to rave about it because I would prefer it to remain secret, but they deserve the props.

They serve Milano Coffee Roasters coffee and have an assortment of Asian and western food in addition to the usual cafe pastries etc. Flavour Balance is better than many places and is probably the best coffee/cake place in New West.
