This place probably deserves 5 star for their other cakes and desserts but I was highly disappointed with the GF cheesecake recently added to their menu. They had only 2-3 gf options before (such as coconut macaroons) and I was so excited when I saw the cheesecake. I really didn’t like the taste at all and wished I had sticked to my usual go to - the macaroons.
Everyone else I bought sth from Fratelli says they taste amazing, but if you are strictly GF like me, don’t get your expectations too high.

Very very sad Fratelli Bakery will be closing permanently in June?! ? to make way for a dentists office?!!??I always look forward to getting a special coffee & dessert, sitting on a bench outside the bakery on a beautiful sunny day.?Commercial Dr. location is too far away for me.Sure will miss this place & many others will also!!??

We always order our Bday cakes here. It's never a failure, it's a lge size,we call it the Puff Ball Cake, filled with cream filling bit of chocolate & whipped cream. Loved by all.Will be picking up a cake for Michelle this Friday. Always a great treat.
I'll be sad if this bakery will leave in the neighborhood. Hopefully, they stay because they just offer Soo yummy European bake

This is probably the best bakery in New Westminster. Rumor has it that they are leaving because the owner of the building would not renew their lease. Although, the owner of the building leased the space for a dentist to take over. Apparently.. This is a tragedy

Bought st. Honore for my birthday, $45! As soon as we tried a bite, a total disappointment.The texture of pasty and the quality of whipped cream and custard...this cake was like...(no offense) Save-On quality, not from a specialty bakery at all!!! The pastry was dry and soggy, custard filing taste horrible like sweet chemicals.They need to improve the quality for that price!If I brought this cake for my friend's birthday, I would be super embarrassed!
Cannolis are the bestest here outside of Italy in my opinion. I have been to only Milan though hahaha. Love olive bread and cakes and the vibes here.
