Freshslice Pizza - New West Station

Called them to pick ip an order and prepare it. They never picked the phone up.

Went there in person and saw a Very arrogant, bossy, power Hungary lady at the cashier. The way she treated delivery driver and customer were terrible. Went there in person and wasnt satisfied by the attuide its not a favor its a service you earn money for it.

Too bad i havent checked the revies feed. It seems that am not the only one having issues with them.

Save your time, money and pride and go to any other Fresh Slice Franchise. There are plenty of them.

I went to the place and it was filthy. I didnt see any staff wearing a PPE no headcovers or gloves. The place is not ventilated properly. It was filthy. I hope they can coupe up with Munciplity or Canadian standards. Neverthless the bossy women at the cashier treats people like she is granting them a favor not service. When i saw all that, there was no way for me to have my food there.

Just dont go there. There are a lot of franchies if you are a fresh slice fan.

Very rude worker who makes me hate him.

Tastier than other branches, liked the impression of the personnel, could be hot on summers, though.

The service was very good. The one of the worker named Robin took my order and he helped me a-lot with my order as I didn’t able to understand how to use coupons over there. So overall the service was incredible

They do misbehave with customers.

The people at this Fresh Slice are amazing. I was un recently with a very special request, and they made an extra effort to meet and exceed my hopes. It completely made my day, and I have been happily telling people about it.

I went there on Sunday 15th December around 11:30 am. Got warm Welcomed by jatin store manager. Didn’t see a humble guy on a higher position like him. It was my first time there. But will go again. Sorry JATIN I know it is late to review but i was busy in my hectic schedule. See you again 😇 best location and customer service 👍
