I had an amazing experience at Fresh Slice Pizza today! The food was delicious as always—fresh, hot, and full of flavor—but what really made my visit exceptional was the service. A huge shoutout to Janush, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers truly stood out. It’s rare to see service this good these days. Thanks, Janush, for making my visit memorable! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I visited Freshslice and ordered a chicken pizza, and I have to say — the experience was amazing! The pizza was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. But what truly made my visit special was the service from Janush.
He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. His customer service is honestly the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Employees like Janush make you want to come back again and again!

I recently visited Freshslice Pizza and had one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The veg pizza was truly outstanding fresh ingredients, a perfect crust, and bursting with flavor. It was cooked perfectly and clearly made with care.
Beyond the food, the service was genuinely excellent. Every staff member was attentive and friendly, making the entire visit seamless and enjoyable. I especially want to commend Jasleen. She provided exceptional service, handling everything with a warm smile and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her professional and enthusiastic attitude really stood out and elevated the whole experience.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Freshslice location in Royal City Centre. I placed an online pickup order for cheesy bread and requested a small addition of pineapple. I regularly visit other Freshslice stores such as New Westminster Station, Metrotown food court, Marine Drive (North Vancouver), and others — and every single one of them has always accepted this simple request without any issue.

However, the staff member here, Jasleen, refused right away and was quite rude about it. Even worse, when I picked up my order, the cheesy bread was almost overcooked and didn’t taste good at all.

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any Freshslice. I request the management to please look into this and focus on improving customer service. Friendly and customer-oriented staff make a big difference, and unfortunately that was missing here today.
