Freshslice Pizza

Always a bad experience receiving pizza from this location. This is the third time we've ordered for delivery from here and the pizza is undercooked (keep forgetting NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION) - we have to put it into the oven to properly cook it. The cheese also is only in the centre and large areas near the edge have no cheese. The pizzas are also never cut thoroughly everytime... Cut it properly. It's not hard. Care for your job and quality of services. Do not order from here. Needs better quality control!!

Honestly super disappointed with this location. If you eat in awesome but if you order out watch out..... Each pizza I have recently purchased through Uber eats have been paper thin with barely anything on the pizzas..... And they raised the price on the app......

If you're going to raise the price then improve quality.... Your workers don't know how to make a pizza.

Avoid this location until they hire competent workers.

I went here the other day and Romil made sure everything I had was right he also took the time to make sure the order was correct before making it he is a fantastic worker AND He was doing all of that by himself. Fantastic and friendly kind man in general

My order was placed all the way in columbia. After trying to get to a manager about my issue they disconnected the call, customer service is the worst. So many other pizza places in canada. I will never shop at another freshslice location. Worst experience

I normally never leave Google reviews, but Freshslice Sapperton in New West deserves one! I’ve ordered several times now, and it honestly gets better each time. The staff here are amazing – always friendly, professional, and they truly take care of their customers. The service is top-notch, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Today I was in South Surrey and came across this Indian pizza restaurant. I ordered the Pesto Chicken Pizza and was really impressed! The taste was amazing and the service was excellent. Definitely worth visiting again!
