The food was good, but charging for a take out box for leftovers when you’re spending $100 is super tacky and enough to make us go somewhere else that won’t charge us for a box.

The atmosphere is quiet, and yeah needs more customers their food is delicious 🤤 not lying and the oven is awesome 👍🏼 no joke, I felt like a lady in the tramp, me, myself and I, slurping the pasta 🍝 🤤

Best Greek food in BC, the staff always remember me, music is usually classic rock, so while it might not be my thing at least it's something everyone can listen to.

On Oct 25-2025 I ordered 3 pizzas for our family, when the driver arrived I was upset that he only had 2 pizzas , I called the restaurant the girl said sorry but was her fault and they were sending the pizza at no cost. Then told me I was charged incorrectly and had to pay another 25$. They screw up my order and I have to pay not only that it was going to take 45 minutes to deliver. Had to go and get it at that point had to feed my grandkids all the girl on the phone kept saying was I’m sorry I just started here all which is fine but the customer service was terrible. When you screw up you rectify it you do not charge more and then say wait 45 minutes. I thought the manager may call me to apology but nope.

I have been to this restaurant a few times now living in the neighbourhood and the service has been great so far. Unfortunetely was a very dissapointing experience on my last visit. I have ordered the chicken strips and fries 2 or 3 times in the past and kindly asked If I could subsitute fries for the salad that the meal comes with. Never even the lightest bit of hesitation from the nice girls that work there and have been happy with the "little extra fries" I'm not asking for a bucket of them. All restaurants do this without hesitation as they value your business, or advise you upfront that they are unable. Well I guess Anne decided this time that this is not allowed in a very condescending manner when I asked them about it. She pretty much said I'm sorry but we don't make that kind of substitution and the staff should have never done that for you in the past and "I will be having a staff meeting with them to advise of this" zero recovery other than appologising and that her intent was not an unpleasurable experience, other than shorting my $22 meal and throwing her staff members under the bus. She advised me "I told the boys to put a little extra in the box" sorry Anne it was totally just a normal amount, nothing extra and I basically just got shorted part of a $22 "meal". Anne, you have zero customer service skills with a very condescending attitude. You have lost a repeat neighbourhood customer over a "a few extra fries". I hope you feel it was worth the considerable future business of mine, being a neighbour of yours. It would have been so much easier for you to say "sorry" can I at least just get you the salad that it is supposed to come with instead of trying to argue with a customer over a few lousy fries? Probably could have saved me as a customer. Really gave me the feeling that you could care less about my business. And yes I did walk out because I really didn't want to waste anymore of yours or my time. You made your self very clear on our first meeting. So you don't have to bother mentioning that again.

Stopped here for dinner, and absolutely loved it. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff was wonderful! Highly recommend stopping in this place.For a bite to eat and friendly conversation!
