We happened to be in the mall where this store was located. I saw the lotto sign and 25 million jackpot so I decided to get a ticket. They weren't busy but the service is slow and confusing. Two whys you can enter the line up and buy things. I can't say anything about the drinks cause I didn't get one. But I see they sell pop and juices in a bottle. Coffee, tea and soup. For lottery they have scratch tickets, printed lottery and keno which explains the seatings...
