We stopped by Great Wall Tea since my husband wanted a hot tea to go. He got the fujian oolong latte and really enjoyed it. I bought genmaicha loose leaf tea since I haven’t had it in so long. The owner Jimmy and his employee were so friendly and knowledgeable. They told me there’s a location at Lougheed Mall (closer to home for me) and I could bring my empty tea packet to refill it for 10% off! Jimmy recommended the apple crumble latte to me and it’s delicious. Like drinking an apple pie but also not overly sweet. Thanks for the great experience!

Never had the chance to go to the store but have ordered online a number of times now. They always include a postcard and some samples and they ship ridiculously fast - usually within an hour of ordering. The service is crazy and the tea is delicious - highly recommend this place and hopefully I can show up to the store in person one day!

My partner and I came here a few weeks ago and had a fantastic experience. The two young women who helped us were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They told us they were actually sisters, but you wouldn't know it for how well they work together! :P We will definitely be back soon.

Great tea place, very enthusiastic tea sommeliers, and quite nice tea lattes or just hot tea. You can get lots of ready to go small bags or load up on your favourites! I love the hojicha here particularly, but I have never been disappointed.

Used to go here all the time when I lived in BC, was so happy when I found out they delivered after I moved away. the delivery arrived with a hand written card and a small sample that's quickly become one of my favourite herbal teas. I honestly won't shop anywhere else I love the quality they provide.

fairly lots of options. decaf and caffeinated. they have also latte’s. they get sold out a bit and sometimes discontinues items that you might like. they are good and clean. just don’t reach over the counter cz they are trying to be sanitary.
We got a matcha and something that I don’t recall its name, but the girl making it said it is black tea with spice, cinnamon and ginger. Both were tasteless, nothing special. Waste of money.
