HellCrust Pizza - New Westminster

Disgusting I ordered wings and they weren't even cooked I asked for them well done to top it all off also they are on skip listed as the wing oven... Upon some investigation ive realised they are fully fasle advertising on skip fake pictures of food and calling themselves The wing oven on 12th but only hellcrust is on 12th..... would not recommend...AND I SPENT OVER 70 dollars Thank God I got my money back from skip but for real some more care for the cooking and customer service would be great

They don’t pick up calls take money and don’t deliver

I had the most horrifying experience with Hellcrust Pizza. I ordered a pizza and found not only a hair but also a piece of broken glass in my food! When I called to complain, the manager was appalling. They were dismissive and rude, showing no concern for the serious health hazard. Additionally, the place was very untidy and ugly, and they didn't even have any hot water facility. This is by far the worst dining experience I've had in Canada. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs!

I went for the Chinese New Year special with durian! It was fabulous. Of course I am one of those rare folks that live durian so there is that. Great value for a great pizza.

Received my pizzas and the boxes hand be opened. The toppings were minimal, snd the pizza was cold. I added a tip in my order and the delivery driver wouldn’t even deliver it to my door.

Definitely do not order on Skip. I'm not sure if it's skip or the. Restaurant, but don't order without a delivery date.

I've tried a pizza with tandoori paneer and it was very delicious .
