Stopped by on a weekday afternoon and there was no line. Ordered a matcha latte and the price was fair for the size and quality. The matcha flavour is present but not very strong. The milk was heated to a nice temperature and did not overpower the matcha flavour.Is a great place to stop by for a quick drink or bite. The latte was made very quickly and there was no wait to be served.

Right across the street from RCH, have come from work it’s a 30 second walk. Fresh and quality sandwiches and baked goods, and lovely owner. Recommend the butter tart!

I literally am excited every time I have a doctor appointment, just so I can eat here!I don’t know what kind of magic is in her recipes but her sandwiches are hands down the best in the lower mainland. Her soups are also amazing and made fresh!Not to mention, she always says hi so warmly even when I am just walking by the lobby and heading to the elevators of the building.Truly a hidden gem!
