OMG!!! Really glad I got told to try this spot out! Absolute GEM in New West. I got the BBQ burger and garlic fries. I'm so happy to find a place that nailed good food in this cozy city! Burger was so juicy and gobbled up in a few minutes. It's so hard to find handcut fries that are crispy but look no further!!! Every single fry I had was so nice and crunchy on the outside with that nice soft texture inside. The sweet lady helping me made me feel so welcome! Definitely a go-to spot from now on! Do yourself a favor and go check them out!!

Hands down, freshest, tastiest & a little messy--watch out!) burger I've had in quite a while!
Their hand-cut skin-on fries are da bomb! Fresh & crispy. Pair that with their house gravy....Mmmm!

Wow. Shockingly exceptional burgers. And the fries are so flavourful and crispy. I've had more burgers than I care to admit and this is one of the best. I will be back.

We tried 6oz beef patty and regular poutine~ we pair up booster juice at the corner of the plaza (best combination!)
Overall, IT CHAR BURGER is a delightful experience for any burger lover. The combination of caramelized onion and poutine truly sets it apart. Highly recommended for your next outing!

Whenever I need a REAL Burger ? they always fix my cravings! I don't eat burgers often, but they truly satisfy my craving every single time.

I've had the It Burger, Korean and Double Cheeseburger and assure you, there is no disappointment. They all work very clean, where masks (STILL) and are always friendly. Burgers always made fresh in about 5-10 mins depending how busy they are too! Worth IT!
