Counter in a mall food court, except that there is only one other food counter in this mall, and the seating is a handful of tables lining a wide hallway. Service was good although orders definitely take longer than a typical fast food burger place to fulfill. The burgers are good and the special orders accurate, but the fries are perfect. Each and every one crispy and fluffy. None of the uneven cooking commonly seen in wedge or steak fries. The garlic fries are very garlicky. 🥰

This is a gem of a burger joint in the mall. The burgers are tasty, juicy and just delicious. The home cut fries are also very good, and freshly fried. The place is rather unassuming, but don't let that deter you, it's definitely a great spot to satiate your burger craving. We'll be back for more!

The food was good especially the fries. My kids find bbq sauce and korean spicy sauce too sweet. But teriyaki and original burgers were good. The location of this place is hard to notice. We will definitely come back again.

They have some of the best fries I’ve had in a while.

I tried this place for the first time, and I really enjoyed it.

I got a double burger with the spicy korean bbq with serranos in it, and I enjoyed it.

The chili cheese fries were also a pleasant surprise, and the fries were cooked well + seasoned well, and the chili was good on top of that.

I also dig the liminal space the mall has since it's like it's a time capsule of the 70s.

It's a cheap, affordable, and delicious burger option, and I will definitely be back in the future.

The chicken poutine was SO tasty! We added mushrooms on ours, and it was the best decision. It was so good that I ended up eating the whole thing, and my friend and I had a food coma after (it was the best and exactly what we needed). I'll definitely be back!

Been comming here for years! Moved away but still manage to come back everytime I'm in the area.

My favorite is the #13 Double Spicy BBQ Burger, with added bacon and added cheese, which is delicious! Though they do have a wide selection of options, so pretty sure most folks will find something that they will love! Also, got to always get their poutine, which has perfect fries and tasty gravy!
Note that sometimes orders can take a little longer, but the wait for such quality and delectable food is WELL WORTH IT!

This unassuming counter service burger joint in a dead mall is seriously the best burger in New West, for an incredibly reasonable price! Their IT char burger is my go to and never disappoints.

This place was delicious the poutine was made with fresh cut potatoes not just frozen fries the burger was loaded with toppings everything tasted amazing and fresh I will definitely be back!
