This place is by far the best burger spot I’ve tried in Vancouver! I really value that they always honor my request to avoid single-use items it shows how much they care about their customers. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are consistently kind and attentive, which makes every visit enjoyable. Their signature It Char Burger is a must-try, but I also recommend the Korean Spicy if you want something with a kick. The quality is excellent for the price, and it’s definitely a place I’d love to revisit and introduce to my friends.

I was super impressed. I dropped in for lunch because I was working nearby and this place blew me away. Gorgeous rustic fries, a 2 patty burger made with real ingredients that melted in my mouth, friendly service, at a reasonable price! My only gripe is the burger bun couldn't keep up and stared to tear apart. I will 100% be back if I'm in the area at meal time.

I wish I could name my first born child after the caramelized onions on this burger. This is hands down the BEST burger in the lower mainland. Fight me on it.

Very nice place with high quality food. The owner apperently makes everything in house, from the fries to the gravie and sauces. The buttered burger buns have a very pleasent distingt flavor. I would go there any day of the week over McDonals, Five Guys etc. Also, I‘m convinced that these are the best french fries I‘ve ever had

I used to live down the road from this place. It’s run by an older Asian couple. They’re super nice and the burgers are amazing! Yum.

We ordered the Good burger, garlic fries & Grilled chicken wrap, all were packed w/ fresh ingrediets, nice smokey charred burger patties & buns, very scrumptious burgers and have to note the garlic fries, absolutely delicious, will definitely be coming back!! What a little hidden gem! I'm already craving the garlic fries!

Yes the wait time could be “15-20 mins “ but I don’t expect anything less for food that is prepared fresh . When u cook dinner at home how long does that take you ?

If your going to complain about the wait time like Oscar did for fresh food then take you butt to McDonalds where it would be faster . Quality food isn’t whipped up in 5-10 mins .

IT Burger is tucked inside a small food court at the plaza on McBride in New Westminster. I ordered their signature IT Burger which comes stacked with two beef patties, crispy bacon, melted cheese, tomato, a generous handful of lettuce, and a slice of sweet radish. The buns are grilled, which adds a nice bit of texture and warmth to each bite.

At $12.99, the burger is definitely filling. Just by volume alone, you are getting your money’s worth. It is a solid meal that will leave most people satisfied. The flavour, however, is where opinions may vary. The patties are seasoned with a spice mix that gives off a slightly exotic taste. It is not bad by any means, just different. Personally, I usually prefer a simpler profile — just meat, salt, and pepper — but I can see how others might enjoy this twist.

One area that could use improvement is the wait time. It took over 20 minutes to get two burgers, and that was with no line ahead of us. The kitchen clearly prepares everything fresh, which I respect, but the delay suggests their process could use a little fine tuning.

Overall, it is an ok value and a satisfying burger if you are in the area and hungry. I would return only if I am not in a rush.

Counter in a mall food court, except that there is only one other food counter in this mall, and the seating is a handful of tables lining a wide hallway. Service was good although orders definitely take longer than a typical fast food burger place to fulfill. The burgers are good and the special orders accurate, but the fries are perfect. Each and every one crispy and fluffy. None of the uneven cooking commonly seen in wedge or steak fries. The garlic fries are very garlicky. 🥰

This is a gem of a burger joint in the mall. The burgers are tasty, juicy and just delicious. The home cut fries are also very good, and freshly fried. The place is rather unassuming, but don't let that deter you, it's definitely a great spot to satiate your burger craving. We'll be back for more!

The food was good especially the fries. My kids find bbq sauce and korean spicy sauce too sweet. But teriyaki and original burgers were good. The location of this place is hard to notice. We will definitely come back again.
